Universal Robots are safe, flexible and easy to use 6-axis collaborative robot arms. Patented technology limits the forces at contact, allowing the robot arms to work in conjunction with humans and without the need for safety guarding. They can also be operated in reduced modes when a human enters the robot’s work area, using area scanners or light curtains (after completing a risk assessment). Operating at a speed of 1 ms, a repeatability of +- 0.1mm, and a minimum rated life of 35, 000 hours running full payload and maximum speed, these are very capable industrial robots. Universal Robots are designed to automate routine and repetitive tasks, which will help increase productivity, reduce injury, remove inefficiencies and ultimately make your business more profitable.

With a solid background in high-speed servo positioning systems and automated lines with over a dozen delta pickers, we know robots, tooling, and vision. We have experience with SCARA, delta, 6-Axis industrial and collaborative robots. In 2014, we teamed up with Universal Robots as a Preferred System Integrator. Since then, the collaborative robot (cobot) market has taken off and we see this as an important piece in the future of automation in the manufacturing industry.

Our applications include simple barcode scanning and presence sensors as well as complex measurement and robotic guidance with conveyor tracking. Past experience with sensors, smart cameras, and industrial PC based vision allow us to provide the perfect solution for your application.
