Polyisocyanurate pipe insulation in 36 inch long sections with ASJ-SSL jacketing is custom fabricated from ITW TRYMER 2000XP billet insulation to insulate pipe systems. ITW Trymer 2000XP is a polyurethane modified polyisocyanurate cellular plastic. Trymer insulation is not a known nitrite source for mold or mildew. Trymer 2000 xp features improved dimensional stability over a wider range of temperatures than standard polyurethane insulation. Used in applications that require flame spread index of 25 or less and a smoke developed index of 450 or lass as tested per ASTM E84, Polyisocyanurate pipe insulation has a -297F to +300F service range.

Knauf Earthwool™ 1000°F Pipe Insulation with ECOSE® Technology is a molded, heavy-density, one-piece insulation made from inorganic glass fibers bonded with ECOSE Technology. It is produced in 3’ lengths with a factory-applied jacket. ASJ Plus jacketing is the newest generation all-service jacket composed of aluminum foil, reinforced with a glass scrim bonded to a kraft paper interleaving with and outer film layer leaving no paper exposed. ECOSE Technology is a revolutionary binder based on rapidly renewable bio-based materials rather than non-renewable petroleum-based chemicals such as phenol, formaldehyde or acrylics. ECOSE Technology reduces Knauf binder embodied energy and contains no phenol, formaldehyde, acrylics or artificial colors found in traditional fiber glass insulation. Earthwool 1000° Pipe Insulation with ECOSE Technology is used in power, process and industrial applications and in commercial and institutional buildings where maximum fire safety, resistance to physical abuse and a finished appearance are desired. Additional weather protection is needed outdoors. A low thermal conductivity of .23 at 75°F (24°C). Available with self-sealing lap, which eliminates need for staples, additional material and tools. Installed properly, the foil vapor retarder and pressure-sensitive lap assure a positive vapor seal. All Earthwool 1000° Pipe Insulation, plain or jacketed, meets the fire and smoke safety requirements of most federal, state, and local building codes.

IIG MinWool-1200 Pipe Insulation is made of inorganic fibers derived from basalt, a volcanic rock, with a thermosetting resin binder. Advanced manufacturing technology ensures consistent product quality, with high fiber density and low shot content, for excellent performance in high temperature thermal control and fire resistance applications.

Thermo-12 Gold is a pre-formed, high temperature, abuse-resistant pipe insulation in 36" long sections with exceptional structural strength, composed of hydrous calcium silicate for use on systems operating up to 1200°F (650°C). It is inorganic, noncombustible, asbestos-free and meets or exceeds the physical and thermal property requirements of ASTM C533, Type 1. Integral to Thermo-12 Gold is XOX, a distinctive formula and process that inhibits corrosion to outside surfaces of pipe and equipment. Calcium silicate pipe insualtion is available in a number of different pipe sizes and thickness.

Mold resistant APArmaflex Pipe (Tube) Insulation is a flexible elastomeric thermal insulation, black in color, supplied as unslit tubing, in various pipe sizes and thickness. The expanded closed-cell structure of APArmaflex Pipe Insulation makes it an efficient insulation. It is manufactured without the use of CFC's, HFC's or HCFC's. It is also formaldehyde free, low VOCs, fiber free, dust free and resists mold and mildew. All AP Armaflex products are made with Microban® antimicrobial product protection for added defense against mold on the insulation. APArmaflex Pipe Insulation is used to retard heat gain and control condensation drip from chilled water and refrigeration systems. It also efficiently reduces heat flow for hot-water plumbing and liquid-heating and dual temperature piping. The recommended temperature usage range for APArmaflex Pipe Insulation is -297°F to +220°F (-183°C to +105°C). The closed-cell structure of APArmaflex prevents moisture from wicking and makes it an efficient insulation. APArmaflex normally requires no supplemental vapor-retarder protection. Additional vapor-retarder protection may be necessary for APArmaflex when installed on very-low-temperature piping or where exposed to continually high humidity conditions. Sold in six foot sections only in stock sizes and in full cartons only in non-stock sizes.

Tubolit W SS (White Self-Seal) Pipe Insulation is an economical, fiber-free, 2550 rated white flexible polyethylene insulation that saves energy, prevents condensation and reduces plumbing noise. It is expanded without the use of CFC's, HFC's, or HCFC's, and is formaldehyde free, low VOC and dust free. It is pre-glued on both sides of the seam, and available in 6-foot lengths in the most frequently specified pipe sizes and thicknesses. Tubolit W self-seal is a special order product and is available in full cartons only.
