The system includes a horizontal applicator with many value-adding features such as: Allen Bradley PLC & touch screen HMI, 3-color light stack, static reduction system and Category 3 safety circuitry; an innovative after-tamp and sleeve centering station, a compact heat tunnel, a 12’ roller conveyor that rotates product inside the heat tunnel and a discharge ramp for a gentle exit of products from the system, all mounted on a monobloc frame with casters.
