The Swabbable-Valve Transfer Set (SVTS) is a sterile disposable transfer set for CT and MR injection systems with a spike at the connection end and a plastic tube that runs from the spike to a Halkey-Roberts swabbable, luer-compatible connection. The concept of the SVTS transfer set is to provide a closed system set that can be utilized to fill syringes. The SVTS valve has automatic opening and closing when attached and detached respectively to the syringe.
