The plastic injection machines range in size from 15 tons to 1, 500 tons for manufacturing of parts weighing as little as a few grams to over 20 pounds. We also have a vertical rotary injection machine for insert molding. With plastic injection molding, we use molds of varying complexity to produce parts in many plastic types and grades, and in any color you choose. Whatever the product, you can be sure that it will receive our utmost attention to ensure conformance to your specifications and our high standards of quality. With insert molding, products in plastic or thermoplastic elastomer receive an insert of wire or metal. Our multi station table is an important component of this process, allowing faster, more efficient production. Our customers benefit through a quicker delivery and potentially lower unit cost. We have auxiliary equipment that enables us to add Hot Stamping, Sonic Welding or Pad Printing to our line of expertise. We also offer drop shipments for our customers to save on shipping and handling charges.

For certain applications, conventional compression or transfer molding is still the preferred methods. Items of thermo-set rubber in various grades, with various properties, as well as some silicone or parts with heavy cross sections, are likely candidates. Wherever the traditional way is the best way, we'll use it. In the rubber department, we have presses with up to 30" x 30" platens and 24" ram.

The Recycler Compost Bin is not only efficient and easy to use, but is one of the only composters available that is made with recycled plastics. Both the sidewall and lid materials are loaded with ultraviolet inhibitors and protection providing a long service life. The Recycler Compost Bin comes in two sizes; large 36" Dia. X 36" height with 21 cubic feet capacity and small 27" Dia. X 36" height with 12 cubic feet capacity. The Lids are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic and the wall from HDPE plastic. The composter is green in color with black lids to blend in to the landscape. Lids are especially designed to allow rainfall inside to keep the compost moist and the sidewalls have opening to provide proper ventilation.
