AeroFlow Lubricators are pneumatically actuated piston pumps designed for use with single line parallel injector systems. These lubricators are normally connected to the compressed air supply found on the machinery or vehicle being lubricated. Air-operated barrel pumps are used where medium to heavy duty service conditions exist and rapid build-up of lubricating system pressure is desired in either air-operated central stations or bulk transfer of lubricants. Air-operated barrel transfer pumps are normally used to transfer lubricants from original refinery drums to the reservoirs on central lubrication systems. Made with precision and corrosion resistant parts, high alloy materials and quality seals, barrel pumps are highly efficient with low noise and air consumption. Oil pumps available in 8, 10 and 16 GPM. Features Built-in air exhaust muffler is standard on all pumps. Grease pumps incorporate an inlet strainer. Bung adapter is included with all pumps. Part #9035, #9120 and #9400 include return tube (hose on #9035) to bottom of drum. Part #9035 includes a drum cover and follower plate. Part #9120 includes a drum cover.

• Series3000 Series

The 3000 Series progressive divider valve manifold distributes and proportions incoming oil or grease to bearing points. A typical divider valve manifold consists of an inlet section, three to ten valves and an end section. One assembly can serve up to a maximum of 20 lubrication points. Individual divider valves have a discharge piston and built-in outlet check valves. Blocks are offered in six output sizes. The discharge capacity of a block is determined by varying the piston diameter in the valve block.

The Air-Oil Injector Block Assembly is available with one to eight Positive Displacement Injectors(PDI). Each outlet has an individual air fl ow needle valve. These blocks deliver a precise amount of oil into a controlled air fl ow. The air propels the oil droplets along the inside wall of the small bore tubing until it reaches the lubrication point in one continuous uninterrupted oil streak PDII’s for Air-Oil systems are available in seven outputs to cover many types of applications. Note: For critical high-speed applications using ceramic and steel roller bearing elements, the smaller output rate of 0.01 and 0.025 cccycle are usually recommended. Operation of the injectors occurs during an alternating pressure and relief cycle controlled by the lubricator.

• SeriesSC400

The SC400 Controller is a full featured lubrication control, offering “two plus one” functionality: Two independent lubrication zones may be programmed with a single controller, plus control of one automatic reservoir fill system. The SC400 Controller has the ability to operate a single pump and two zone valves (e.g. frequentinfrequent lubrication cycles) or two separate pumps (e.g. one oil pump & one grease pump). Each zone operates independently. (“Two zone” feature is not available for Dualine electric systems or for systems that require after blow). For single zone systems, the SC400 Controller also offers two intervals (e.g. weekday weekend). Using an external switch, the customer can quickly change lubrication intervals between two sets of off time. The SC400 also incorporates an automatic fill feature. The controller can activate a fill pump as needed to maintain proper fluid levels in the oil or grease reservoir.

Farval Dualine DM lubricating valves are completely hydraulic in operation, will deliver either oil or grease, are fully and individually adjustable in regard to discharge quantity, and are equipped with operational indicators. DM Series valves always have one discharge port per valve section located on the bottom of the valve. DM valves can be supplied in several basic discharge capacities and are available in blocks consisting of one, two, three or four valves.

The AirMax is a simple economical lubricator, ideally suitable for air-oil systems. The AirMax is supplied with a 3 liter reservoir, pressure gauge and oil inlet filter with the options of a oil pressure switch, low level switch, solenoid valve, and timer. The AirMax comes complete with a pumping unit and a integrated air-oil injection system. The required number of oil injectors and the delivery on each port can be selected from the smart number. The AirMax includes an air actuated, spring return piston pump. The inlet air pressure supply to the pumping element determines the output oil pressure. When used with positive displacement injectors (PDI) the minimum oil pressure should be 260 PSI (18 bar). For extended service, incoming air must be dry. Always use a suitable FRL unit (filterregulator lubricator) to control the inlet air supply to the pumping unit (set air to recommended operating pressure). The AirMax pumping unit is cycled using a 32-way solenoid valve (typical cycle; 5 seconds "on" and 30-300 seconds "off"). A continuous air supply is required to the air-oil injection block and it should be separately regulated to control the air-oil flow rate to the lube point.

• SeriesDS405

The DS405 is designed to monitor automatic oil or grease lubrication systems and is ideally suited to be used with our Lube Point Monitor (55105). For Recirculating Oil systems, the DS 405 provides real-time monitoring of the oil flow rate. Total loss Oil or Grease systems are time based and the DS 405 monitors the accumulative flow of the lubricant. The DS 405 records and displays the total lubricant delivered per channel (24 channels available). It also provides the end user with reliable, expandable and accessible data capture. Each channel can be individually configured with programmable warning and alarm levels. Features Low flow and high flow rate alarms. Large Graphic Display for ease of use.
