Junction is a sensor system that gathers real-time data about building systems and conditions to produce useful intelligence. It gathers data on air temperature, humidity, carbon monoxide, smoke, natural gas, air quality, problematic noise, lights, and motion. It also includes the ability to capture images and videos. If conditions are abnormal, Junction delivers text and email alerts to help managers react quickly. All data is displayed on a cloud-based dashboard where multiple buildings can be monitored simultaneously.

The LEDSENSE Retrofit Control Package provides lighting and HVAC retrofit control. Connect LED fixtures and retrofit kits to the system to harvest intelligent building feedback. Lights can sense how warm or cold a room is, whether there are occupants present, and detect harmful odors and chemicals in the air. Can reduce energy usage in a building by up to 90%.

NovoCon is a motorized, modulating 4-in-1 digital actuator that pairs with a Danfoss AB-QM pressure control valve to link hydronic systems and building management systems. It incorporates a bus communication device, flow indicator, and data logger for real-time control and clear communication. Its remote control capabilities minimize maintenance and simplify data collection. The valve assembly works with fan coil units, chilled ceilings, air handling units, VAV boxes, induction units, and baseboards.
