Detecto’s mechanical Baker’s Dough Scales are rugged, accurate scales designed specifically for the baker. Available in capacities of 5 or 8 kg, and 8 or 16 lb, with and without a seamless, easy-to-clean plastic scoops to suit your weighing needs. Featuring USDA-approved white oven-baked enamel and a counterweight set, these models provide an economical package without any sacrifice to long term use. Used extensively in retail bakeries as well as other food establishments, these durable, precise scales are furnished with 9-inch (229 mm) diameter plates. Additional weights are also available.

Cardinal Scale’s S2WIFI connects to IEEE 802.11bg wireless local area networks (wireless LAN) and allows you to wirelessly send data from weight indicators to existing networks, remote displays, printers, laptops, PCs, tablets, and smart phones. The robust S2WIFI allows you to utilize Cardinal’s extensive library of mobile apps for smart phones and tablets. The S2WIFI converts serial to a Wi-Fi signal and supplies wireless Ethernet for any Cardinal Scale indicator. It may be added to an existing network or you can create a stand-alone network. Four communication status LEDs allow you to quickly identify power, link connection, transmitreceive, and reset to the factory default. The S2WIFI features a watertight, weatherproof enclosure in a compact polycarbonate box with clear smoke cover. No external power is needed, since all power is supplied by the indicator.

Cardinal Scale’s Enforcer series electronic floor scales are ideal for laundry cart weighing due to their smooth decks for accommodating roll-on carts. The FH-II series features stainless steel or mild steel scale decks, 1, 000 lb x 0.2 lb and 2, 000 lb x 0.5 lb capacities, top-side access to self-leveling load cells, baked-on polyester tan paint or stainless steel, channel construction for superior deck strength, and stainless steel load cells. Platform sizes are available in 3 x 3 ft, 4 x 4 ft, and 5 x 5 ft. Optional ramps, pit frames, and digital weight indicators are available. DETECTO’s Mariner® IP67 washdown portion control scale is submersible underwater for easy clean up that is necessary in messy food service industry applications. The NSF-certified stainless steel scale offers a dual power source of rechargeable battery power or 120V AC adapter (included) with a watertight AC plug on the side. The model WPS12 Mariner® features an audible OverUnder alert and the clearly-visible 1.2-in30-mm-high backlit blue LCD display offers large 1-in25-mm-high bold digits. Cardinal Scale’s RD2X4 quad remote display provides readouts for multi-platform truck scales visible up to 150 feet away. The RD2X4’s high-intensity LED display offers bright-red 2.25-inch-high digits that are easily visible even in direct sunlight. Ten brightness level settings let you select the exact intensity for the best visibility in your environment. This display is designed for truck weighing systems where the steering axle, drive axle, trailer axle, and total weight are shown to the truck driver. The IP66-rated mild steel cabinet features a rain hood and is painted industrial tan for long-lasting outdoor use. The cabinet comes with a post mount designed for 4-inch pipe (approx. 4.5-in OD). The RD2X4 quad scoreboard has the capability to interface to RS-232 or 20mA current loop. The remote display’s Auto Learn mode adapts to the data output from your indicator for plug-and-play operation.

Cardinal Scale’s NEST provides fast, accurate, and ultra-portable truck scale diagnostics. Quickly view individual load cell readings and check the home run and weight indicator connections. NEST plugs directly into the trim board of a Cardinal truck scale universal section seal trim box and displays millivolts and pounds readings for up to 12 load cells and the reading from the junction box summing circuitry. Unique to the weighing industry, NEST provides a service technician the toolkit to see where a scale’s potential issues may exist within seconds. There are three display modes: signals display, minimum-maximum display, and signals minus zero.

Cardinal’s Ball Pivot Stands are designed specifically for use in liquid tank weighing applications, An economical alternative to multiple load cell weighing systems, they provide the accuracy you need at approximately half the cost of traditional systems. These 20, 000 lb capacity stands are available in either stainless steel or painted mild steel; both models feature a stainless steel ball. For use with three-cell triangle or four-cell vertical and horizontal systems, these low profile stands are ideal for new or existing installations.

These retrofit kits permit various Cardinal’s and other manufacturers’ truck scales to be upgraded using Cardinal hydraulic load cells. Kit includes model SST hydraulic load cells, model GHT hydraulic totalizer, copper tubing to place totalizer up to 20 feet from edge of deck, base plates, leveling bolts, anchor bolts, load buttons, load plates, and accessory kit. Hydraulic load cells are the longest lasting load cells on the market and are impervious to many of the issues that affect standard analog load cells. NTEP legal-for-trade (consult factory). Cardinal’s powerful WinVRS software keeps traffic moving over your scale by providing fast, accurate collection of data on vehicles, accounts, orders, and materials. Unique, user-defined fields allow you to easily configure the system to meet your needs. A wide range of reports are available to provide period histories, material totals, customer information and more. WinVRS’s convenient file utilities menu allows data to be exported to other applications such as accounting and materials control. NTEP legal-for-trade certified. WinVRS-TOUCH offers all the same great features as WinVRS, but comes with larger fonts and buttons for convenient touchscreen navigation. When a user enters into any WinVRS window with input prompts, an on-screen keyboard appears.
