Chief Manufacturing owns 4 wire bending machines including (2) 3 dimensional machines capable of producing complex designs. These machines accept many kinds of wire including galvanized, stainless steel, cold and hot roll, copper, and any non-coated wire.

Chief Manufacturing owns several types of robot welders. Two of our machines are 5-axis robot welders capable of producing more complex parts. Each machine delivers clean welds with exact precision, allowing all runs regardless of quantity to produce a consistent part. Our robot welders accept flat or round steel wire. The turntable style machine offers efficient weld and load time.

Chief Manufacturing owns and operates a Wagner Powder Coating System. This 5 stage system provides a rust and chip resistant finish on any metal product and is available in a variety of colors and finishes. Depending on the use of the product receiving the powder coated finish, there are various powders available to withstand certain elements.
