The Cell-Jet, a member of our LeanJet® line of cellular parts washers, is an excellent cabinet washer for point of use, batch cleaning where very little floor space is available. This spray washer was designed as a low cost, down and dirty, industrial quality wash station utilizing medium pressure spray impingement and compressed air to clean and dry your parts.

The MegaJet ECO-Blast is one of the new products in the Ransohoff LeanJet® line of cabinet parts washers. The MegaJet ECO-Blast is an economical manual high pressure spray washer for very large, heavy parts where floor space comes at a premium. The parts can be loaded with an overhead hoist crane on to a rotating table.

The patented LeanJet™ RT is one of a series of "Right Sized" and "Right Priced" cabinet type parts washers specifically designed for use within lean or cellular manufacturing processes. The patented rotary-pocketed wheel design eliminates work passage openings, preventing cross contamination between stages in addition to providing a unique inner stage part rotation feature that ensures optimal cleaning and drying results. This cabinet washer is available with various wheel configurations providing both, wash and dry or wash, rinse and dry capabilities. A wide range of part sizes, weights and configurations can be accommodated. Unsurpassed cleaning and drying performance is accomplished utilizing strategically positioned high impact sprays and an efficient high pressure-high velocity heated air blow-off system. Because of its reduced footprint and high flexibility, this spray washer can be easily integrated into small footprints work cells.

An excellent point of use cabinet washer, the CW-Series Washmaster rotary table spray washers are a perfect fit for your small footprint parts washer application. Though very robust in construction, this platform is pre-engineered, cost competitive, and on the shelf, ready for delivery.

Much more versatile than the CW-Series, the L-Series Washmaster rotary table cabinet washers are available in larger sizes and can be equipped with multiple stages for rinsing and drying. This cabinet washer platform is pre-engineered, very robust and designed for the budget conscious.
