Dynacraft

Hoses are assembled with fittings and valves and provided in bulk or kitted together and delivered line sequenced.

Hose kits consist of various lengths and types of hoses which are kitted together to be installed at specific locations in PACCAR truck plants. Each is line sequenced and labeled with the appropriate chassis information it will be installed on.

Dynacraft also kits Engine belts for chassis specific installation at PACCAR Truck plants. Each kit contains all necessary V-belts for a given chassis and are delivered line sequenced just-in-time for installation on the production line.

Hardlines are manufactured in Dynacraft production facilities. The formed lines are then sold as individual components or bundled together in assemblies with other hardlines or hose components, labeled, line sequenced and delivered for installation at PACCAR Truck Plants. Many of these parts and assemblies are also supplied through PACCAR Dealerships as replacement aftermarket parts.

Dynacraft consolidates and distributes fittings and valves to PACCAR truck plants and to aftermarket customers via PACCAR's dealer network

Battery Boxes are fully assembled including batteries and cables and are line sequenced, ready for installation at the truck Plants.

Dynacraft's patented battery cable design ensures a secure connection and years of corrosion free performance. The cables are supplied as individual components as well as assemblies to both PACCAR Truck Plants and as aftermarket parts through PACCAR Dealerships.

Kenworth Doors are assembled, labeled and delivered line sequenced to Kenworth Truck plants for installation.

Treadle valve assemblies in many diverse configurations are assembled and line sequenced for installation at truck plants. Dynacraft's advanced material planning abilities combined with superior System configuration allows for management of a large number of variations for assemblies such as Treadle Valves.
