This industrial sealed keyboard is sealed to NEMA 4 standalone industrial keyboard just sits on a table or piece of equipment and is sealed to NEMA 4. The backlite option costs extra. The cable plugs into the PS2 port and is permanently attached to the keyboard. The keyboard is shown with one of many overlay styles that EKI custom makes with charge to fit a customer’s application. The keyboard is 12.50 inches (317mm) wide, and 6.25 inches (159mm) deep, and 1.50 inch (38mm) thick at the rear. The keyboard above can be fitted with the optional Cirque touch panel as shown below in the SAMPLE key overlay patterns for an extra charge. The keyboard is mounted to an angled mount that can be removed allowing the keyboard to be mounted directly to a surface.

And Hot Keys, one key can input a URL, ctrl-C, etc., so if you're using a program that you press a sequence of keys on a regular basis, those sequences can be programmed into one key with the function name put on the key position. 83 PPKB-FM NEMA 4 (flush mount keyboard) or-FMT (flush mount wthreads) is in quantity one, wTouch Pad. The 83 PKB-FM is a flush mount keyboard that mounts from the rear through a customers panel, when mounted it is sealed. The backlite option is an extra charge. The gasket is included with the keyboard. The cable plugs into the PS2 port and to the keyboard. The keyboard is 12.00 inches (305mm) wide, and 6.25 inches (159mm) deep, and 1.00 inch (26mm) thick. The key text area is 3.75 inches (95mm) by 9.75 inches(247mm). In the -FM there are eight mounting holes .169 inches in diameter to fit over 4-40 standoffs, the standoff part number is PEM BSO-440-10, they can be purchased from Penn Engineering. In the -FMT there are eight mounting holes with 8-32 threads for mounting with the heads exposed, click on "Mounting" for a drawing to show the screw position.

The 83 PKB-FM keyboard in the following rack mounts are shown flush mounted. These rack mounts are for mounting the keyboard standard 19 inch racks. Keyboard Rack Mounts come standard epoxy painted in black, gray and off white, for an additional cost they can be painted to customer requirements. 83 PPKB-RKD-CKPS2R-B-050 (above) 1U Rack Mount Keyboard and Touch Pad with drawer, complete assembly with industrial grade sealed programmable keyboard ready to mount in your 12" and deeper racks The new 83 PPKB-RKD is only 1U and is packaged as a complete unit sealed from the top for easy wash down and rated at 30, 000, 000 touches per year including a field programmable keyboard, touch pad, ball bearing stainless steel slides, key switch to enable keyboard and touch pad and several standard key patterns to choose from. The ends of the drawer overlap the mounting hardware and conceal for a finished look when drawer is closed. PS2 output in standard, RS-232422 outputs are an extra charge.
