Permits the shipment of hazardous materials in a large variety and sizes of glass, plastic or metal inner containers from 1 liter32 oz. or less. It permits RSC inner box to contain the required metal can for inner packs of liquids. No can is needed for most types of solids. The exemption allows the shipment of up to four inner boxes packed in one outer box for lower shipping costs.

These UN certified 4GV Variation 2 Super Packs meet all requirements for DOT CFR 178.601 and IATA Section 6.3.1.7.
