Green Grass Display’s innovative designs merchandise golf clubs and equipment with an attractive and efficient use of space. Their wall displays come with Stat Wall hardware or they can be drilled for mounting to drywall. Many of Green Grass floor displays come with casters making the display easily moved for cleaning or remerchandising. Green Grass Displays are available in four finishes: natural oak, medium oak, dark oak and mahogany. All displays are kept unfinished until an order is placed and a color is specified. The displays are then finished and packaged for delivery. The lead time from when an order is placed until the display is shipped is usually 3-7 days. We offer custom finishes on our golf shop displays for a slight additional charge

Edmunds custom wood moldings are produced to customer specifications using only the finest hardwoods and softwoods available. In addition to supplying custom wood molding, Frank Edmunds Company has the capability to provide a number of secondary operations. Edmunds can cut and precision end trim customer’s molding to the exact length required. Edmunds can drill, end bore, prime and finish wood molding reducing labor costs at the customer’s facility or job site. Frank Edmunds will produce both large and small production runs. All wood moldings are carefully checked for accurate dimensions and defects prior to being wrapped for shipping. Edmunds has daily UPS and FedEx pick-ups and also ships LTL and full truckloads to destinations throughout the world. Frank Edmunds will work with the customer’s display design or they can design a custom display to meet the customer’s requirements. When the customer requests design assistance, the Edmunds’ staff will produce three dimensional drawings for the customer’s review. 3-D drawings allow the design to be modified without extending the project’s lead time or cost. After the design is approved, Edmunds will produce a prototype to ensure the display meets the customer’s satisfaction. This process helps to eliminate costly production mistakes and assembly problems. Assembly, packaging and fulfillment are also offered by Frank Edmunds Company. By networking with wood turning manufacturers throughout the world, Edmunds is able to offer a wide variety of small wood turnings including wood balls, wood beads, wood handles, wood toy parts, wood plugs and rollers, as well larger turnings such as spindles, balusters and columns. Wood Turnings If you would like a quotation on a wood turning, send the Edmunds Company a drawing or sample of the part along with the species of wood and quantity desired. Frank Edmunds’ experienced sales staff will determine the most economical production method and will provide a written quotation for your review. Frank Edmunds Company also has the ability to finish your wood turnings. Edmunds offers both tumble and spray finishes. Your wood turnings can also be laser engraved, pad printed or silk screened with your logo, part number or product name.

Larger diameter, longer and shorter length wood dowels are quoted to your specifications. All of Frank Edmunds dowels are sanded smooth and free of knots. Dowel Rack 1955 Secondary operations are completed in our 36, 000 square foot plant in Chicago, IL. Edmunds’ secondary capabilities include end boring, cross boring, rounding, splitting, slabing, tenoning, tapering, chamfering, pointing and slotting. Tumble and spray finishes are available in a wide variety of colors and materials. Edmunds also has the ability to insert hanger bolts and eye hooks into dowels.
