Our inventory of rubber sheets is the most diverse in the industry. This diversity allows us to offer our customers unique and quick solutions for their specified requirements. Most of our sheet rubber is available in thicknesses of 164" THK up to 1" THK and in widths of 36", 48" & 72" Wide. Some compounds are available up to 4" THK. Durometers range from 20-90 on the Shore A scale. All Sheet Rubber is sold in full rolls or by the foot. Special requirements are available such as tight tolerances on the thickness, special widths and lengths, matte finish and talc free for adhesive applications.

Gerard Packing has been a prominent supplier and fabricator for various types of gaskets and seals to major industries for over 85 years. We specialize in die cutting, hand cutting, lathe cutting, molding, extruding and vulcanizing. We possess all the dies for standard ring and full face gaskets from 150# up to 300# and can have dies made to customer’s specifications. Our extensive inventory of materials inclusive of Rubber Sheet, Non-Asbestos, O-Rings, Seals, and Accessories permits us to fulfill any your technical requirements.

Gerard Packing provides a large variety of braided packing used in pumps, valves, mixers, agitators and other industrial applications. Our packings are available in cross sections of 18" SQ up to 1" SQ. Our engineering staff can provide assistance in the selection of packing required for your specific application.
