Daniel Suarez, driver of the No. 19 ARRIS Toyota Camry in the NASCAR XFINITY Series, made history in the Menards 250 Presented by Valvoline at Michigan International Speedway. After leading four laps, including the final two, Suarez captured his first series win to become the first Mexican-born driver to win a race in NASCAR's three national series. He is also only the fifth Latino driver to win a NASCAR national series race. As the series points leader he is the first foreign-born to lead the points in any NASCAR national series.
