RAPIDSHOT™ is a low cost, handheld, two component dispensing system specifically designed to dispense Hapco’s products. RAPIDSHOT™ uses convenient 400 ml disposable plastic cartridges and disposable RAPIDSHOT™ mixers. These cartridges are easily filled using the proprietary cartridge stand and can be easily resealed and stored after use.

The X-11 Molding Chamber is a pressure tank and heating unit combined into one, high quality design. Assembled in our Hanover, MA facility, these chambers were designed to aid the liquid molder in creating a perfect part every time. The combination of heat and pressure will help to ensure bubble-free castings and reduce final cure time by days.

RAPIDFIL™ is a portable, LCD computer controlled, 2 component resin dispensing machine. RAPIDFIL™ is assembled in-house and can be customized to meet your project’s unique requirements.

The X-Vac™ is a portable, custom fabricated, steel vacuum chamber, ergonomically designed for the degassing of Hapco’s liquid products. Unlike many vacuum chambers on the market, the X-Vac™ can fit up to two 5-gallon containers at one time!

RAPIDFIL™ has two easy access service panels, one on each side. One side is drive system access and the other is the tank shutoff and drain valve access. The drive system is belt driven for continuous, smooth, quiet operation. The ratio is determined by the size of the sprockets on each side. Each tank has a main shut off valve and a 14 turn ball valve with a drain hose for draining the tanks.

Pre-programmed, easy to use, LCD computer controlled, main control panel. Controls output speed, shot timer, tank mixers, purge time, and tank temperature.

Combines vacuum, heat, and agitation for quick and efficient degassing of materials. The tanks are color coded and fully insulated with a nylon reinforced vinyl covering. There are individual fluid meters, thermometers, and dessicant dryer systems for each tank. Customize with 6 or 12 gallon vacuum stainless steel tanks for parts A & B.(Vacuum pump not included) x

The dispensing gun features a comfortable and easy to use design. All mixing is external for quick and easy maintenance, with 2 liquid hoses and an electrical harness on the inbound side (the feed side). On the outbound side (nozzle side) there is a threaded protrusion and 2 output ports. The trigger of the gun is equipped with a safety lock. The gun and hose are supported by a flexible counter balance system which can be floor or machine mounted. This arm can move in virtually any direction and can reach molds up to 7 feet away.
