This is reduced to clear the last roll. It's a modern Clarence House Modern cut velvet stripe woven in rich chocolate brown, caramel beige and grey. It can be railroaded, would make gorgeous chairs or sofa. This fabric is ideal for upholstery, bedding, drapery and many other items. This fabric is sold exclusively by designers, though their price is approximately five times more than our per yard price.

This is a truly gorgeous wavy stipe type pattern by Clarence House. The cut velvet is nice and thick, the fabric is fairly heavy and ideal for long lived upholstery, drapery, bedding and many other projects to enrich your home with style and color. The basecloth is a cafe au lait color, and the wavy cut velvet is chocolate brown, sea green soft beige, and orange. This is a high end fabric and the designer price for this fabric is about four to five times our per yard price.
