Many of these are fabricated with HDPE structural foam injection molding. This technology is cutting edge and utilizes the latest in robotic capabilities. HDPE Structural Foam offers outstanding production and service capabilities. Our containers meet the needs of a variety of markets with cost-effective and integrated solutions. From the toughest industrial applications to the most sensitive food handling tests rigorous product testing and analysis insure that our containers perform reliably in any material handling environment. Our collapsible bulk containers are available with footprints of 48" x 40" x 30-45"; 48" x 45" x 30-50"; 70" x 48" x 50" and variety of other sizes. Our collapsible bulk containers offer numerous options designed to suit your individual requirements. Options include access doors, removable panels, color choices, FDA approved materials, ribbed or smooth walls, interlocked stacking, 4 way forklift access, sanitary containers that can be easily cleaned and disinfected, optional lids and drain plugs to facilitate washing or emptying the container. Our large plastic storage containers can handle loads up to 2500 lbs with a minimal tare weight because of the ribbed HDPE structural foam construction. Collapsible bulk containers allow three knocked down containers to be stored empty in the space of one full container. JH Nunn’s large plastic storage containers include fixed wall HDPE structural foam containers that have standard footprint sizes of 48 "x 44 "x 29 and 42 "x 29 "x 28 ". These containers are ideal for uses in many industries. Applications of these large fixed wall plastic storage containers include material handling of small industrial parts, storing large finished goods, handling agricultural products, fish, and food-processing. The solid seamless construction offers a watertight interior perfect for holding pellets, powders and liquids. Lids for these containers feature a smooth, ribbed dome which sheds water. These containers are seamless and when molded using FDA approved HDPE, they are ideal for repeated use when a sanitary container is required. Our large plastic storage containers have been used successfully in the food, chemical, resin, textile and many other industries. JH Nunn IBC containers are transport containers for chemical and related industries. Intermediate bulk containers are both safe and economical for handling and storage of both liquids and powders. We stock 275 gallon and 330 gallon sizes in new, rebottled and reconditioned inventory. The HDPE blow molded inner container is shaped to ensure complete discharge of contents. The outer container is a rigid welded galvanized tubular steel grid with a palletized steel base to enable 4 way forklift access. IBC containers come with a variety of filling and discharge options. IBC containers simplify transport and stacking, make for efficient discharge, maximize the use of shipping and storage space, and allow multi trip reuse of the IBC container. IBC containers are UN certified for drop and pressure tests.

JH Nunn offers a complete line of plastic pallets for variety of industrial applications. We carry stackable Warehouse Pallets that can be repeatedly reused in a captive distribution system. These include FDA approved pallets that feature encapsulated like cavities to prevent the collection of contamination and to facilitate cleaning. These pallets are designed to last many years without breakage or required maintenance. Our Thermoformed Plastic pallets include Nestable Pallets which are used in applications that require lower tare weight, lower-cost, and the space saving feature of nestability when the pallets are not in use. Plastic Nestable Pallets are used extensively in export applications. Their Light weight and low-cost make them ideal for fulfilling the requirements of the export market. Plastic warehouse pallets fill many needs including transportation, storage, material handling, and conveyer compatibility and racking capabilities. JH Nunn plastic pallets are fully interchangeable with wood pallets. Our Plastic warehouse pallets have advantages over wood of being more dimensionally consistent, longer lasting, safer without splinters and nails, no mildew or rot and being capable of complete cleaning. We stock a wide variety of plastic pallets in our California warehouse. Included in our inventory are used as well as new plastic pallets. We carry a variety of styles including 2 way and 4 way entry, solid and open decks, edge lips and nonskid surfaces. Our Pallets are made of high-density polyethylene structural foam, as well as Thermoformed Polyethylene and Polypropylene and injection molded Thermoset plastics. Available load capacities range from 1000-7000 lbs. dynamic capacity; 3000-50, 000 lbs. static capacity and 0-3500 pounds racking capacity. Pallet tare weights range from 14-60 lbs. We stock multiple sizes and styles to fit your transportation, storage and material handling requirements. Our Thermoformed Plastic and Structural Foam Plastic Warehouse Stackable and Nestable pallets are available and solid, open grid and corrugated deck designs. Plastic does not absorb moisture or bacteria. Some pallets feature tapered entry and exit edges for ease of forklift handling. Roughened decks are available to prevent load slippage. Some of our racking pallets feature encapsulated steel rods to improve pallet rigidity. JH Nunn's product range is one of the largest available. We have industrial totes that interface with automated materials handling systems as well as totes that are ergonomically designed for manual handling. We offer quality, durability and a variety of features to meet a wide range of applications. Plastic totes are widely used in storage, material handling, product assembly and shipping in closed loop systems. Our Industrial totes come in a wide variety of sizes and styles. Our totes are injection molded from high-density Polyethylene or Polypropylene materials. We have industrial totes that comply with USDA and FDA regulations for use in food processing. We also have Conductive totes that are used in the electronics industry to protect static electric sensitive electronic components. Some of our industrial totes stack, some nest, some stack and Nest and some are collapsible. We offer dividable grid totes which can be used in industrial, commercial electronic, and health-care industries for storage assembly Fabrication and distribution applications. These totes offer the most effective method for dividing in protecting small to medium-size parts in one container. Dividers allow the customer to customize the Totes to meet their exact needs. Covers as well as dividers are available for these totes. We offer strong, reliable and reusable totes with permanently attached hinged lid systems that open in the middle and interlock for strength and security. Side and bottom ribs ensure maximum load capacity. Some of these industrial totes can stack 4 high holding 100 lbs. The Euro tote comes in 72 sizes with five footprints with heights from 3 inches to 16 12 inches. These containers are designed for high cube utilization strength. They are made of high-density Polypropylene utilizing ribs and reinforced bottoms for extra strength and durability. Many of these industrial totes come in several colors including red, gray, blue and black. Injection molded Polypropylene can withstand temperatures from -4°F to +176°F. We offer custom assemblies to fit your particular application with rated breaking strengths from 300 to 10, 000 lbs. Our tie down ratchets allow loads to be secured by repeatedly pressing the ratchet lever down to tension the webbing and to stabilize the cargo that is being tied down. Ratchet Tie Down Straps are primarily used in applications where maximum tensioning is required. Tie Down Ratchets are extensively used in Sea Land Cargo Containers to stabilize the loads. They are also used frequently on trucks to secure cargo and on material handling equipment to keep objects and items from shifting. Our Ratchet Tie Down Straps are very versatile because they can be custom fit with end hardware that will accommodate webbing widths of 1 inch, 2 inches, 3 inches, and 4 inches. Our hooks include Single and Double Wire Hooks and Wire S Hooks. We carry stamped and forged Safety Hooks with spring Latches, along with Twisted Flat Hooks and D Rings. Our Quick Disconnects, Threading Plates and Anchor Plates make our Ratchet Tie Down Straps very useful in many different applications. Most of our cargo control hardware is cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. We do offer stainless steel hardware for particularly corrosive environments such as the Marine Environment. Cam buckles and over Center buckles are particularly useful in providing tensioning capability in lower weight capacity applications that don't require the high leverage tensioning provided by a Tie Down Ratchet. Cam Buckles and over Center Buckles are lower profile, lower weight and lower cost than Ratchet Buckles. Cam and Over Center Buckles can secure gas cans, water cans, toolboxes, battery boxes and oxygen tanks to vehicles. They also can be used very effectively in protecting delicate and expensive equipment from earthquake damage. Cam buckles can very effectively secure sensitive devices when they are being transported on material handling equipment such as carts, bins and pallets.
