Molded from proprietary FDA- and RoHS-compliant polymer, Optimum® cartridges provide exceptional clarity, chemical compatibility, impact strength, and dimensional stability. The Zero Draft™ design improves fluid flow characteristics and reduces turbulence by ensuring the internal diameter is consistent from top to bottom with no taper restricting piston travel or affecting process results. Unique external ribs at the outlet end prevent splitting when installing fittings or nozzles. Precision molded threads and a tapered counterbore at the 0.25” NPT outlet create a secure, leakproof seal. A molded hex around the outlet fits into a matching orifice on the cartridge retainer for tool-free fitting and nozzle installation. Optimum cartridges are available in clear, UV-blocking amber, light-blocking black, green, and white configurations. Capacities include 2.5 oz (74ml), 6 oz (177ml), 12 oz (355ml), 20 oz (591ml), and 32 oz (946ml). Optimum cartridges are compatible with most retainers on the market today.
