Mist Eliminators are designed to remove contaminants from process air emissions that evolve as mist droplets. These contaminants can include oil mist, machine coolant mist, chromic acid mist, sulfuric acid mist, and other entrained mist. KCH Mist Eliminators are among the most efficient on the market and meet or exceed state and federal standards.

KCH has decades of experience with all aspects of process tank design and fabrication for Surface Finishing Applications. Our chemical resistant process tanks are designed and built using German Welding Society (DVS) and American Welding Society (AWS) codes and standards on plastics joining and welding technologies. Our versatile manufacturing facilities make it possible for us to accommodate the unique requirements of each customer. KCH Process Tanks are specifically designed for metal finishing applications. As a KCH standard on tanks, all exposed structural steel is blasted, phosphate coated, and powder coated to ensure long lasting protection against corrosion and harsh environments. The most common areas for leak potential in rectangular process tanks are in the bottom corners. When required, KCH utilizes a proprietary method of ensuring double strength and seal on all corners of our Tanks. In addition, all Tanks are double welded, inside and out.

Also known as Biotowers, Biotricklers, Bioscrubbing Systems, Bioscrubbers, and Biological Oxidation Systems KCH designs and manufactures a Biotrickling Filter System to remove high levels of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gas and other odors from municipal and industrial processes. Our Biotrickling Filter Systems will effectively remove 99% of H2S without the use of dangerous chemicals. Instead of chemicals, a simple non-proprietary nutrient is used to promote biological growth on a synthetic media. The standard KCH Biotrickling Filter System incorporates an integral sump box and pump circulation system built into the vessel. KCH Biotricklers can also be designed for a rectangular low-profile configuration, utilizing a structured high-density media.

KCH manufactures a complete line of corrosion resistant Centrifugal Exhaust Fans and Blowers. Each is built of the highest quality materials to withstand corrosive fumes and gases. Our fans are AMCA Certified and independently tested for performance.KCH manufactures both Direct Drive or V-belt Drive Fans and Blowers. They are available in twenty standardized sizes with airflows up to 70, 000 CFM. Constructed of POLYLAST®, POLYSTRONG®, FRP, PVC, stainless steel and special alloys, our chemical resistant fans can be equipped with variable frequency drives to ramp down airflow when needed.

Fume Hoods serve a wide variety of industrial processes where toxic contaminants are present. They serve to capture fumes and route them into a ducting system where they can be removed from human and environmental contact.All KCH fume hoods are designed in accordance with American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) standards. Fume hoods are chemical resistant and do not degrade as a result of the gases, vapors, or particulates the hoods capture. KCH designs, manufactures, and installs a variety of corrosion resistant scrubber systems for many applications requiring control of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) or control of noxious odors. Our scrubbers are available in corrosion resistant materials such as PVC, FRP, Polypropylene, POLYSTRONG®, POLYLAST®, and SS. Sizes from 100 CFM to 80, 000 CFM in one vessel. Ductwork is a critical component of Air Pollution Control Systems that route contaminated air to Air Scrubbers, Control Devices, or Exhaust Fans. KCH manufactures a variety of Corrosion-Resistant PVC, Polypropylene, and Fiberglass Ducting for use in industrial applications. KCH ductwork is welded, not flanged or glued. This guarantees a leak-free, corrosion-resistant duct system. KCH prides itself in creating ductwork that meet and exceed all of these criteria. Additionally, our Fireresist™ duct is Factory Mutual (FM) approved, and our designs and fabrications meet SMACNA and ACGIH standards. KCH offers nearly every assortment of ducting, connectors, elbows, laterals, and transitions. Like most KCH products, our ducting systems are custom designed on AutoCAD and fabricated from Polypropylene, PVC, Polystrong, or Polylast materials.

KCH designs and manufacturers a Carbon Adsorption System which is one of the most effective in removing total odors and VOCs from municipal and industrial processes. Designed for continuous use and built to withstand the elements, our Activated Carbon, Zeolite, or Activated Alumina-based Adsorption Systems can be used exclusively or in conjunction with other Air Pollution Control Technologies, such as Wet Chemical Scrubbers or Biotrickling Filters. Where certain applications require adsorption in combination with chemisorption, KCH offers a chemical impregnated adsorption media to achieve ultimate performance. The KCH Carbon Adsorption System is comprised of a vertical, cylindrical vessel with a domed or conical top. They are constructed in our facility from POLYLAST®, POLYSTRONG®, or other corrosion-resistant materials. KCH Vessels feature exceptional corrosion resistance and UV resistance, making them ideal for long-term intended service life and outdoor installations as required.
