DigiMag VINYL is our most popular magnetic sheeting for solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV inkjet printing. This versatile magnetic substrate allows you to print directly to magnet without the need to over-laminate. The material can be cut to any shape with cutters, plotters, or even a pair of scissors.

We can extrude magnetic strip or magnetic profiles in thicknesses ranging from .025" (.63 mm) to .375" (9.5 mm) and in widths ranging from .25" (6.3 mm) to 4" (101.6 mm). Profile heights can range up to .875" (22.2 mm). Standard (.6 MGOE) or MuscleMag® high energy (1.0 MGOE) magnetization. Unmagnetized. Magnetized on two sides. Choice of multi-pole, conventional through width, conventional through thickness, two poles on each face, or match pole magnetization. Choice of foam, rubber or acrylic adhesives.

Magnum offers printable magnetic sheeting for wide-format and desktop aqueous inkjet printers. DigiMag® PAPER magnetic inkjet paper is offered in thicknesses ranging from .008" (.20 mm) to .030" (.76 mm). The paper laminate is suitable for indoor use and is offered with a choice of matte and gloss finishes.

Magnum offers two-sided, printable magnetic sheeting for digital presses that can be printed on both sides. DigiMag DUPLEX features a high-quality printable matte white polypropylene surface on both sides, offering superb ink adhesion and image quality. DigiMag® Duplex feeds smoothly and will print on most digital presses.
