Magnum Caliber Handlebar Kits are available in Bagger or Ape Hanger styles for select ABS and non-ABS Harley-Davidson® motorcycles with 12”, 14” and 16” height options. Magnum 1.25 Caliber handlebars are manufactured with the highest quality construction, including machined control mounts (not swaged) and feature high luster chrome or gloss black finish for an unsurpassed appearance. All handlebars are 1 ¼” diameter, have 3 ½” on center knurling, work with standard controls, including hydraulic clutch, and are machined for internal wiring and electric throttle control. All Caliber Handlebars are pre-loaded with E-Z pull-thru sleeving to make wiring installations a breeze. Kits include: Magnum 1.25 Caliber Handlebars, throttle and idle cables (except 08-15 Dressers and 2016 Softail models), a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware and wiring extensions. All cable and brake lines feature either STERLING CHROMITE® II or BLACK PEARL braid with highly polished chrome or black chrome plated fittings. All cables are a low effort, high efficiency design that meets or exceeds all OE specifications for fitment, construction, endurance. Kits for dual disc models include an all brazed manifold that eliminates leaks, alignment problems, and unattractive threaded connections. Brake lines exceed all DOT FMVSS-106 requirements. Some Touring ABS kits will offer a choice of using the existing OE lower ABS brake assembly. Sterling Chromite II® is Magnum Shielding’s premiere product line and our most popular color of matching braided control cables and brake lines. Its patented braid and weave is designed to look like chrome and is offered on all of our assembled, braided products. The crystal clear, high tech outer jacket provides exceptional protection against scuffing paint and is non-yellowing.

Magnum’s Black Pearl braided control cables and brakes lines are another matching braid and weave color choice. A non-yellowing, crystal clear outer jacket over jet black braided wire, rather than a smoked outer jacket over stainless wire, results in a deeper, truer black appearance which allows Black Pearl products to have a “pearlized” or carbon fiber look.

Magnum’s Polished Stainless is our third color choice with a more “classic” stainless color, except with a twist . . . ours looks polished! Matching braid and weave Polished Stainless also has our high tech, crystal clear outer jacket that will never discolor and offers excellent protection against scuffing paint.

Copper Canyon has a distinctive copper braid that has a slightly aged, rugged, reflective look that goes great with many color schemes. This color is available with polished chrome or black plated fittings. The braid and weave match on all Copper Canyon products and it is coated with our crystal clear outer jacket that never discolors
