MERTS, LLC manufactures a full line of batch plants to meet a broad spectrum of performance capabilities and budget requirements. Our best-in-class design means you’ll successfully make concrete year after year. You can count on MERTS batch plants to perform accurately over time.

MERTS designs custom conveyors in any length and for any industrial application. Belts range from 18-60 inches wide or more. Conveyors must be durable and built to last. MERTS can design a conveyor for your specific needs whether retrofitting existing equipment or building a new plant.

MERTS builds custom gates to fit your exact bin size. We use high quality steel to ensure your gate is durable and built to last. We proudly use Zerk grease fittings in the hinge pins to ensure the gate will function smoothly throughout years of repetitive operation.

MERTS designs and builds custom silos to go with our batch plants or to be installed at your existing plant. As with all of our products, we use high-quality steel to ensure a long-lasting product that can withstand the pressures of concrete production. We manufacture single compartment, split compartment and mobile silos with a variety of filtration and aeration systems.

MERTS fabricates custom aggregate storage bins. We can design bins from 100 to 600 tons or more containing up to 8 compartments. AR400 steel liners create a resistant surface to wear and tear. It’s even designed to withstand extreme weather conditions. Our discharge gates are manufactured to fit various size openings. We can retrofit a bin or gate on your equipment even if it wasn’t originally designed by MERTS.

Our hoppers store aggregate materials in a smaller container than a bin. MERTS can customize a hopper to fit the size your company’s needs. Hoppers are designed to allow for maximum material flow. For added durability, you can choose to purchase an AR400 steel lining, which reduces wear and tear. These hoppers can come with our batch plants or can be purchased standalone for your existing plant.

If your concrete is not mixed correctly, many things can go wrong. Too much paste results in a weak final product and too much aggregate results in concrete that is rough and difficult to place. In order to make a quality product, our weigh batchers use precise instrumentation.

Turnheads are an important and often-used component of your batch plant. It is crucial that these products are built with high-quality steel so that they can withstand many years of use. MERTS manufactures turnheads with AR400 steel, a highly durable product that will resist the wear and tear of concrete production. Additionally, we use a product called Linatex, a one-inch thick, rubber-like product that helps prevent damage.
