State of The Art High Velocity Spray Gun Technology Widoberg spray guns feature state-of-the-art technology that is based on over 20 years of worldwide use. The WIDO-SPRAY model is designed primarily for intermittent spraying between 0.2 and 6 cubic centimeters. It is ideal for abrasive and aggressive materials, can be used for liquid polishing compounds, oil, fat, adhesive and other medium- to high-viscous materials.

Platen belt grinding machine, with w=200250300 mm belts. Motors with output up to 7.5 hp, with single speed, double speed or variable speed with inverter. Horizontal platen belt head. Electronic brake (single speed and double speed models only). Electric equipment with low voltage 24V controls. Options: belt head with pneumatic tension system, adjustable workpiece support, stop foot pedal.

Single or double motor polishing machinefor big buffing wheels. Available with single motor operator (Hercules 100) or double motor - 2 operators (Hercules 200). Both models are equipped with inverters able to adjust the speed from 300 to 1400 rpm. The position of the wheel guards can be adjusted in order to follow the buffing wheel consumption. Big diameter buffing wheels offers high cutting speeds at low revs, lowering vibrations and abrasive compound consumption. It also offers a great buffing wheel flexibility, that improves the finishing process.

Pinnacle Technologies Large Buffs Solutions: Designed for All Applications These large buffing wheels are designed for all applications and work perfectly on the Pinnacle Auto-Sense Buffing System. Pinnacle Technologies offers a full line of Large Buff Wheels to suit all of your belt polishing needs. Whether your process is robotic, automatic or an off-hand application, we have the wheels that are right for the job. Time-tested Performance, Reliability and Durability: Every Large Buff Wheel we carry has years of time-tested performance, reliability and durability. They are extremely flexible, which makes them perfect for contoured parts. They also have longer belt life compared to competitive large buff wheels of comparable softness.

Our automatic bar compound applicator automatically compensates for wear of the bar. The wear compensation is adjustable. The bar feed speed and return speed are adjustable. The bar feeder can hold up to a maximum 6" wide by 20" long compound bars. For automatic applications the feeder can be equipped with an optional sensor to detect a low bar limit.

Belt grinding machine for works on contact wheel. Single speed or double speed self braking motor. 2500x50 mm belt head with pneumatic tension system, 200x50 mm contact wheel. Electric equipment with low tension 24V controls. Options: stop ffot pedal, polycarbonate protection shield, fluorescent or LED lamp, special accessories for medical and aeronautical markets.
