The QRM is a full fan-out RF matrix switch that can be fully populated as a 16×16. Available in 1 RU as 8×8, 8×16, 16×8 and 16×16. The 8×8 can be expandable to full 16×16 with purchase of access code. The QRM can be easily expanded to a maximum system size of 32×32 by adding additional modules. The QRM features Quintech’s latest Q-ROUTE™ and Q-SENSE™ technology, which provides maximum reliability with signal path redundancy and auto reroute capabilities. The QRM’s operating frequency range covers L-band, IF and Broadband. It also offers manual and AGC modes. It is controllable either locally via the front panel keypad or remotely over Ethernet and is compatible with most monitoring and control systems.

The QE3 L-band and IF Routing Switch features a compact 64×64 RF matrix in 6 RU with [Q-Sense] . The QE3 is a full fan-out, non-blocking RF L-band Matrix Switch where any input can be routed to any or all outputs. Its operating frequency range covers both IF 50-200 MHz and L-band 950-2150 MHz. The QE3 is highly scalable and can easily be expanded to a 1024×1024. Hot-swappable component cards enable fast and easy replacement without any special tools or disconnecting any cables. The hot-swappable control cards, which operate independently and simultaneously, offer the highest level of redundancy in control. The dual hot-swappable power supply provides redundancy in powering. The RF level at the inputs and outputs is monitored to facilitate troubleshooting network interfaces. The programmable Automatic Gain Control (AGC) and attenuation on all inputs allow the user to adjust input signal level for optimum performance. In today’s complex telecommunication networks, the QE3 L-band Router offers the best in reliability and flexibility to manage multiple RF signals.

The XTREME 256 defines the next generation of L-band matrix switching systems featuring up to 256 ports in a compact 12 RU chassis. The system is a full fan-out, non-blocking L-band RF Matrix Switch, whereas any input can be routed to any or all outputs. Advanced RF design and power management methods allow the XTREME 256 to achieve industry leading gain flatness and linearity for maximum RF performance while cutting power consumption by up to 80%. The system brings expansion by reduction and allows the user to minimize rack unit (RU) space requirements with its highly scalable packaging. The switch features a flexible matrix architecture (patent pending) that supports a variety of large symmetric such as 128×128 or industry exclusive asymmetric configurations such as 48×208, 64×192, 160×96 all in a single chassis. The XTREME 256 also supports multi-chassis architecture expansion up to 2048×2048. Other large configuration legacy matrix switching systems literally require kilometers of coaxial cable and thousands of watts of power to operate. Using built-in splittercombiner technology, the XTREME 256 offers very large configuration system sizes such as 16×496 to 256×256 without use of external expansion modules. Because system size does matter, the switch liberates legacy systems’ RU footprints by as much as 75% and the number and length of cables and connections by up to 97%.
