Rotary Systems' 90 degree swivel union is designed for super-heavy-duty use. This swivel union uses a hardened and ground shaft, impregnated Teflon lip seals, and deep-groove ball bearings. The 004 series swivel union is able to withstand high pressures at moderate speeds.

Rotary Systems' entry level 001-Series swivel union is designed for the hose reel industry, where pressures may be high but rotational speeds and side loads are at a minimum. This economical swivel union uses a plated shaft and o-ring seals.

SR001 type separate slip ring & brush block sets were designed primarily for low voltage, signal carrying applications making them ideal for use in test rigs or production equipment.

SR008 type packaged slip rings were designed primarily for low voltage, signal applications being run at low to medium speeds. The assembly has a small through bore for concentric shaft mounting or for the passage of fluid or gas lines.

The SR014 Capsule Slip Ring is a multi-purpose unit. Suitable for signal or low power applications this slip ring features multiple gold alloy wire brushes with compatible gold rings. This slip ring has a through bore for concentric shaft mounting or for the passage of fluid or gas lines.

The SR010 Capsule Slip Ring offers long reliable life in a compact size. It features gold rings with compatible gold alloy wire brushes. These slip ring capsules can be built in three lengths using standard components with a very minimum lead time required.

The SR017 Sealed Slip Ring is a multi-purpose unit and offers sealing to IP65. Suitable for signal or low power applications this slip ring features multiple gold alloy wire brushes with compatible gold rings, anodized aluminum enclosure, and precision bearings. This slip ring has a through bore for concentric shaft mounting or for the passage of fluid or gas lines.
