Our Truffles are available in three different sizes. Each Ruby’s Truffle Cake is an art that requires great skill, dedication and passion of our ChocolatierOwner, Melinda Mueller! Each piece is adorned with a chocolate Red Ruby in remembrance of Melinda’s Grandmother who shared this special gift of candy making!
