Style 1 - Labeled 3 piece telescope tube, permanent metal ends This is our most popular canister and is fully customized to fit your needs. Our “labels” are printed CMYK C2S aqueous-coated sheets, fully wrapped around each tube, hiding the spiral seam underneath. Custom Pantone colors, foil embossing, etc. may also be added. The inner telescoping tube is usually kraft brown or 100% flat white. The metal bottom is permanent, tin colored, and has a clear, scuff resistant coating. Style 2 - Labeled 2 piece telescope tube, permanent metal ends This is a great container for heavier products requiring weight-bearing packaging. Our “labels” are printed CMYK C2S aqueous-coated sheets, wrapped around each tube, hiding the spiral seam underneath. Custom Pantone colors, foil embossing, etc. may also be added. The permanent metal bottom is tin colored and has a clear coating that helps to reduce scuffing. The inside of both the top and the base are usually kraft brown but matte white or matte black inside liners are also common. Style 3 - Labeled canister, friction-fit metal plug top, permanent metal bottom The metal plug top gives this canister a clean, fresh look, while complimenting the metal bottom. The plug is about .500" deep - we accommodate for this by making the canister a little taller, to ensure your product fits properly. Style 6 - 100% Paper Canister If you're looking for an eco-friendly paper canister made with recycled paper, look no further. This natural looking, kraft canister is a combination of one paper tube and two paper caps. Paper caps are available from .750" to 5" and come in kraft brown only. Style 7 - 100% Paper Canister - 3 Piece Telescope Tube This canister is made up of 3 tubes- a top, a base, and an inner telescoping "neck" (glued into the base). Paper caps are glued to both the top and the base and, when assembled, the inner paper tube is hidden. For promotional andor security, circular stickers are often applied to the top paper cap or over the seam between the top and the base. A port tube, used in sound equipment, is a common Specialty Tube that requires a kraft outer wrap and a flat black inside liner. The "star" crimped carpet core insert is the newest addition to Spiral Paper Tube & Core's line of Specialty Tubes - it was custom designed so the "star" crimped end can be inserted into both ends of a 12 foot carpet core, keeping the plastic wrapped around the carpet roll secured.
