Staticon lift truck and plant vehicle chargers are available in lead acid battery 6, 12, 18, 24 and 36 cell versions in 200 to 1500 Ah capacities. They feature an automated constant current boost charge followed by a constant voltage finish charge. We offer a choice of quick 3 hour charge or standard 8 hour charge programs. Lift truck vehicle chargers are natural convection cooled and CSA certified.

Staticon mine vehicle chargers are our premium line of mine locomotive and vehicle chargers designed for the rugged environments and requirements of under and above ground mine operations. Mine chargers are housed in rugged all steel cabinets having drip-shield hoods and feature double impregnated magnetics and tropicalized components and wiring to guard against moisture. They have an automated constant current high charge followed by a constant voltage finish charge. We offer a choice of quick 3 hour charge or premium 8 hour charge programs. Mine chargers are natural convection cooled and CSA certified.

Most of Canada’s skating and hockey arenas use Zamboni ® machines to groom the ice surface. More and more of these machines use battery powered electric motors in place of the propane powered ones which pollute the indoor environment. Staticon Zamboni ® chargers are on-site to boost and recharge these batteries. These chargers are available in 80 V (40 cells) versions for lead acid batteries in 520 t0 940 Ah capacities. They feature the standard 8 hour charge program (an automated constant current boost charge followed by a constant voltage finish charge). Zamboni ® chargers are natural convection cooled and CSA certified.

Automatic guided vehicles deliver parts and materials to various work stations in large manufacturing plants (i.e. automotive). Reliability of these electric vehicles is paramount. Our premium guided vehicle battery chargers are available in 24, 48 and 80 volt versions from 200 A to 400 A capacities. Canada’s major railways have instituted an anti-pollution policy which mandates that they shut off train diesel locomotives at stations and or freight yards while stationary. Staticon railway chargers are on-site to boost and recharge diesel locomotive starter batteries. These chargers are available in 32 V and 64 V (16 and 32 cells) for lead acid batteries in 100, 150 and 200 A capacities. They feature the standard 8 hour charge program (an automated constant current boost charge followed by a constant voltage finish charge). Rail-side chargers are natural convection cooled and CSA certified.
