At Statite Corporation, we have a strong, 50+ year history for manufacturing of precision die cut products for numerous clients in the Western New York area. We maintain a large presence in the specialty gasket market, and are recognized for the outstanding quality of both our products and our service. Inside our well-maintained production facility, we have the resources to manufacture die cut parts as small as a dime or as large as five feet in diameter. We use several different methods, including punch press and steel rule die cutting, to manufacture close-tolerance parts to your exact specifications. No matter what natural or synthetic rubber material you specify, such as Neoprene, Buna N, various grades of silicone, sponge rubber, or reinforced grades, we have the ability to consistently produce parts at a very high level of quality. We also have experience using other non-metallic materials, such as compressed fiber. Recognizing that when you need a gasket, washer, or other die-cut product, you need it fast, we offer a very rapid standard turnaround time. When emergency and rush situations arise, as they often do, a day or two is all we need to get you your customized die cut product. We are located in the Buffalo area.
