PLASTIC-LINED FITTINGS Resistoflex manufactures thousands of different shaped plastic lined fittings according to ANSI dimensions. PP, PVDF, and PFA fittings are all injection or transfer molded. Fittings lined with Tefzel ETFE and special shapes are roto-lined in custom housings. PTFE liners are made by isostatic molding. Fittings are generally differentiated by their metallurgies. Ductile Iron - Economical Glass 150 fittings with fixed flanges for PP and PVDF liners and certain PTFE fittings.Cast Steel - High strength Class 150 or Class 300 ratings for PP, PVDF and PFA liners. Flanges are fixed.Fabricated Steel - High performance Class 150 or Class 300 fittings with rotatable flanges used with PTFE liners. Can be made to DIN or JIS flange dimension. Can also be fabricated using stainless steel or exotic alloys.CONQUEST Fittings - Patented flangeless fittings designed for use with CONQUEST couplings.
