The Adhesive Backed Heat Barrier protects parts and components from radiant heat. It can be used in applications to protect painted surfaces, plastic parts or any component from the damaging effects of radiant heat. Adhesive Backed Heat Barrier is made up of woven silica with a flexible aluminized finish. The highly reflective surface of the material is capable of withstanding radiant temperatures up to 2000°F. The adhesive backed side handles direct and continuous temperatures up to 300ºF. The adhesive backed composite construction material can easily be applied to any surface or wrapped around a hose or wire to make a clean professional appearance.

Hi-Tech Carbon Fiber appearance and Titanium like strength, Carbon Fiber Exhaust Insulating Wrap is produced utilizing pulverized Lava rock called basalt. It is extremely pliable, resistant to discoloration and can withstand 2000 degrees Fahrenheit in direct continuous contact. Wrapping headers and exhaust maintains hotter exhaust gases that exit the system faster through decreased density. Increased exhaust scavenging is produced, along with lower intake temperatures.

Express Sleeves are exactly what our customers have been looking for. The easy to use sleeving is a combination of a high temperature insulation material to a highly reflective Mylar foil with a hook and loop closure. The sleeving is designed to provide maximum protection for wires, hoses, and cables from the very damaging effect of radiant heat with an easy application. Simply pull apart the material, wrap around the wire, and re-close the sleeving. Express Sleeves reflect over 90% of radiant heat up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. It is also fireproof, fire resistant, and just looks good. Express Sleeves come in 2 sizes: 12" to 1" and 1" to 1 12" in diameter and in 3', 12', and 50' lengths.

The multi-purpose stainless steel Snap Straps are used to secure the Exhaust Insulating Wrap - and more. The high-temperature stainless steel straps are .275" (932") in width and have a narrow profile to fit tight spots. Snap Straps secure with easy-to-use slide-through fasteners. New precut lengths with tough multi-lock system.

Exhaust Wrap is an innovative way to create more horsepower and reduce under-hood temperatures. The original Exhaust Insulating Wrap was developed over 25 years ago by Thermo-Tec. Wrapping headers maintains hotter exhaust gases that exit the system faster through decreased density. Increased exhaust scavenging is produced, along with lower intake temperatures. Exhaust Insulating Wrap withstands continuous heat up to 2000°F, and contains no asbestos. Thermo-Tec exhaust wrap will not over-insulate a system when properly installed due to a proprietary coating developed by Thermo-Tec - Thermal Conduction Technology (TCT) - that conducts heat across the wrap's surface. This coating controls heat build-up and dissipation.

This high quality mat offers superior sound dampening control to reduce road noise, rattles, engine noise, and any other noises that are bothersome. The high density polyethylene film with an aluminum foil composite is abrasion and tear resistant. The gray film provides structural integrity & strength, allowing the material to bend, move, & return to shape even under tension forces. The product is 7 mil in thickness, contains a high temperature adhesive backing, and is easy to trim & fit. The rubberized compound is applied with the high temperature adhesive to absorb all those out of control noises.

Clamp-On Heat Shields are available in one, two and three foot lengths.For exhaust pipes that exceed 3.5", use the 4" clamps of which will accommodate up to 4.5". For motorcycle and applications involving smaller pipe, consider the 11650 and 11660 of which are designed for 2" exhaust.

This flexible heat shield simply clips into place on the upper portion of the header. The fabric side of the material should be facing the heat source and can withstand direct heat up to 750 degrees Fahrenheit. The aluminized side, facing away, can handle radiant heat up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit, offers protection from abrasion and harmful liquid spills. The Header Manifold Blanket is available in two sizes: (2) 20" by 24" blankets for V6 & V8 applications, and (1) 36" by 40" blanket for straight 6 & 4 cylinder engines.
