Barcode validation from Vanomation is an upgrade option to the RPA2000 and LPA1000. This is a true closed-loop system that validates, grades, reports, overstrikes bad barcodes and reprints barcode labels when defective barcode labels are detected. The addition of this upgrade feature to the RPA2000 and LPA1000 ensures that only machine readable barcode labels and printed and applied to pallets, containers and packages. This eliminates customer complaints and product rejectionsreturns related to unreadable barcode labels.

The LPA1000 is a durable commercial grade label printer applicator designed for manufacturing and distribution environments with powerful upgrade options that offer the greatest width of productivity and cost savings tools. Apply labels anywhere on cartons or pallets using the automated stand—ideal for mixed product environments or where two or more LPAs are required to apply labels. Eliminate charge-backs by applying only good bar codes using ODV option Upgradable to RFID at the customer site, with a field upgrade kit Multiple label sizes can be applied with printer widths from 4” (standard) to 6” or 8” widths

Designed for robot system integrators, the RPE8000 is your essential building block to create a standalone robotic printer applicator cell or combine with an existing robot, e.g. in a palletizer cell. Created using Vanomation’s patented XYZ software, the RPE8000 guarantees that each label will be placed on the right product in the right location. The Vanomation RPE8000 is comprised of three components: The Vanomation Robotic Controller, the Vanomation Thermal Barcode Printer and the optional Vanomation EOAT. The cost of the label includes all hardware, software, integration and support services as well as all the ribbons and labels consumed in the operation. There are no capital appropriations required, all products and services are expensed as part of a monthly invoice. This makes planning and budgeting much easier to accomplish.
