The process controller C30S was developed to solve complex screwdriving applications. A wide range of open interfaces allow the choice of 31 programs and individually configurable screwdriving strategies. Operation is via a 7-inch touch screen. The system is supplied as process controller C30SxS with current control and as model C30SxM with torque or rotational angle sensor. Detailed analysis possible Various results can be read and documented via a USBPC connection. For example, the C30S, allows you to count cycles, keep a logbook, save results and document the rolling torques. Curves are output and presented alternatively on a remote display.

PLC for handheld and fixtured screwdriving systems The CU30 is used as a sequence controller for handheld and fixtured screwdriving systems. The feeding of fasteners is controlled also via the CU30. Its extensibility provides for high performance; a dedicated flexible PLC and pneumatic system are integrated. The CU30 allows you to control almost all screwdriving systems, feed systems, press-fitting and insertion systems. Profibus, ProfiNet and Digital IO can be used as bus systems.

Tailored individuality The C50S combines process and, optionally, sequence control and is used for individually configurable screwdriving processes. There are 31 selectable screwdriving programs available – custom programs can be completed via an open interface. Networking is realized via Ethernet with TCPIP protocol. The sequences are visualized on a Windows computer. For demanding applications Detailed information about the screwdriving curves and characteristics can be output with the controller C50S. All relevant process signals are represented on any abscissae. Options for system diagnosis, a logbook, and a backup and help function are also available.

For handheld and fixtured screwdriving technology While the C10 is a pure feed control for the pneumatic handheld screwdriver HSP, the model C15 can be used not only to control handheld screwdriving systems, but to a limited extent also for fixtured screwdriving systems. Both its depth and torque shut-off via torque coupling (electrically detected) are possible here. The model C15 also has an open customer interface.
