Cost effective open design belting using flat strip to form spirals in a rectangular opening joined with straight pins. Available in standard duty (38” thick) and heavy duty (12” thick) series. Available meshes are; Standard Duty 1 x 1, 12 x 1, 12 x 1 Modified, 12 x 12. Heavy Duty 1 x 1, 12 x 1, 12 x 1 Modified, 1 x 1 radius, 12 x 1 radius. Flat Wire belting is available in galvanized, high carbon and stainless steel. A complete line of sprockets, shafts, flights and attachments are available.

Also referred to as chain link mesh since it is woven in the same manner as Chain Link fencing. All spirals are of the same direction and are woven together without the use of connecting rods. CLK-24-24-16 or 12” x 16 gauge conventional weave Generally used in chain driven applications where exceptional drainage of open area are required. Available in any material.

Manufactured using left & right hand spiral connected with a crimped connecting rod to create a balanced weave that is straight tracking. This weave is designated with the letter “B”.

A modified variation of balance weave, using two inter-woven spirals. Two 12 pitch spirals are woven together to form a 24 pitch belt. Available in any material.

A variation of the balanced weave, consisting of alternating left & right hand spirals compressed to create a very tight weave with a flat surface. Generally assembled with a straight connecting rod, but is available in limited specifications with a crimped connecting rod. CB3-30-72-14 CB = compound balance 3 = 3 cross rods per spiral 30 = 30 loops per foot width per spiral 72 = 72 spirals per foot length 14 = 14 gauge wire (.080” dia.) Common mesh used for small fasteners, catalyst and baking bands. Also used as furnace curtains. Available in any material.

A single directional weave with a straight connecting rod to add strength to the weave. Generally used in high temperature furnaces where high strength to weight is required. This weave does not track well due to the single directional weave. Designation of R or RR. R-18-17-8-10 R = Rod Reinforced 18 = loops per foot width 17 = spirals per foot length 8 = 8 gauge crossrod (.162”) 10 = 10 gauge spiral wire (.135”) Also available in Double Rod Reinforced ie DR-24-12-8-10.

Mesh belting with chain attached to each edge for positive drive. The chain can be attached by rods that pass through the mesh or with channelbar supports that are boltedwelded to the chain. The construction method used is based on the capacity required and the mesh will be determined by the smallest part size. Most common meshes are balanced weave mesh woven to accommodate the support spacing. Common applications are ovens, quench tanks, washers, fryers, freezers and any application that requires positive drive to eliminate any potential tracking problems

Commonly used in the baking industry for cooling, this belt is constructed with straight parallel rods joined together in a ladder fashion. Available in 12”, 58” and 34” pitch in Tinned or Stainless Steel. Available in standard widths of 12, 18, 24, 30 & 36 inches in 10 foot rolls. A complete line of sprockets, attachments and turn belts are available.

Positive driven belt in 12” & 1” pitch variations. Used in straight running and radius applications (inside radius is 2.2 x belt width). Driven via a stamped U shaped link on each edge joined with a 6 gauge rod (.192”). Available with mesh overlay for very fine or flat product. Commonly used on cooling or freezing conveyors and spiral towers in the food processing and baking industries.
