The Wrex Products, Inc. plastics department derives its expertise from over 40 years of injection molding experience. We custom tailor our capabilities to suit your most exacting requirements beginning with mold design and construction. Our diversified machine base accommodates an extensive range of production runs from hundreds to millions. Machine capacities vary from limited volume shots of one ounce or less to large volume shots of 80 ounces. Through every step of production, our craftsmen employ quality control measures through a computerized production monitoring system linked to process control machinery.

Wrex Products, Inc. Die Casting Department converts over 50, 000 lbs. of aluminum and zinc ingots into product each month. Aluminum and zinc alloy die castings are an attractive alternative to other materials. By using the natural properties found in these alloys, the extra cost and time required to add their characteristics to other materials can be avoided. We cast these alloys in weights ranging from 0.01 to 12 lbs. If it's holes drilled, inserts bonded, circuits soldered, logos printed or plastic bonded. Wrex Products, Inc. assembly department has the expertise and manpower to deliver your quality parts on time to your specifications.

Wrex Products, Inc. finishing departments can be our customers manufacturing facility, an extension to your business. We combine all of our services into your finished product. This includes final packaging, final inspection and palletizing ready for shipment. We can machine your products from billet or your custom castings. Aluminum and zinc castings are our specialty. At Wrex Products, Inc., our finishing department will manufacture your custom parts and build them up to finished goods levels. This can be simple mechanical to complex electromechanical assemblies, based exactly on your specifications

Our comprehensive understanding of quality oriented approaches empowers us to provide the product envisioned by our customer. Seamless transitions from cast, finished, powder coating to final inspection and packaging can be accommodated. We feature a complete industrial production line, with a 7 stage pre-treatment cleaning system and a 20 foot state of the art sand blasting cabinet. We have three painting booths, two (700, 000 btu) industrial gas fired ovens and customized masking to meet your specifications.
