The new Z4700 CIJ printing system conforms to the ergonomic and design tradition of Zanasi. Like all of the Zanasi printer offerings, it has a robust and compact AISI 304 stainless steel IP55 cabinet without compressed air connection and can be integrated into any working environment. The hydraulic system has been redesigned to maintain high quality standards even after prolonged stoppages, to meet the demand for reliability both during standard, as well as more intensive uses, spanning several work shifts.

Modulprint Pi is an industrial large character printing system designed for coding with special pigmented inks. It is suitable for the heavy industry especially for tubes, sheets and beams of metal, pipes and bars made of plastic and various products made of rubber. Thanks to the exclusive ink tank supply system with continuous and automatic ink agitation and innovative NZP printheads, Modulprint Pi plays a strategic role in the management of coding with strong pigmented inks.

Z640Plus is the only industrial high resolution inkjet printer to feature a double printhead that allows for simultaneous and independent coding on porous substrates on two separate production lines. The printheads available are: T768 which can print up to 102mm high (4″) and T384 which can print up to 51mm high (2″). Z640Plus inkjet printers can print real time high quality alphanumerical texts, logos and other graphics onto secondary packaging. In addition, this high resolution inkjet printer can print major barcodes and standard variable data with high contrast patented inks (solvent free). The Z640Plus industrial high resolution inkjet printer is optimal for printing on porous substrates. The Z640Plus, equipped with an industrial PC (Windows 7 Embedded), features a fast and reactive user interface with a 12.1″ SVGA full color touch-screen panel and a 64 GB SATA Hard Disk SSD (Solid State Disk).

Z303 carton and box labeling printers are extremely simple and precise large character printing systems (printing on secondary packaging). Z303 box and carton labeling printers are fitted with a large keyboard for industrial use with a membrane panel, which can also be used in very harsh environments. This type of console can manage medium and low resolution printheads, suitable for printing on a wide variety of surfaces. Z303 console manages up to a maximum of TWO 7 dots or ONE 16 dots NZ printheads. Z303 can be interfaced directly with the most frequently used industrial devices, namely, PC, PLC, SCANNERS, ELECTRONIC SCALES, ENCODERS and OPTICAL SENSORS.

Z101 is our DOD entry level model. This system has been designed to meet both porous and non-porous printing requirements. It is perfectly suited for coding onto secondary packaging (boxes, cartons, packages) or plastic bags, buckets, tanks, etc. Z101 carton and box coding printers feature an innovative 5, 7” touch screen panel with backlit LCD (320×240) display and a slant function for multiple character print height from 7 to 20 mm (0, 28″ – 0, 8″). Its unique design (integrated 7 dot solenoid printhead, integrated ink system eliminating the need for factory air, expandable printhead and compact design) has been configured to be installed on taping machines or packaging lines with medium or low speed (up to 60 mtmin- 197 ftmin). The new Z101 box and carton coders feature strong performance, long life, and use all type of inks for “Solenoids (Zanasi NZ) technology”.

Z1 – the new Zanasi high resolution coding system, based on Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) technology – is the most suitable solution for a clear and clean industrial printing of barcodes, logos and alphanumerical texts on primary packaging and multiple packaging both on porous and non-porous surfaces (paper, aluminium, flexible film, plastic and coated cases, labels). The Z1 system grants very high definition printing (up to 900 dpi horizontal – 600 dpi vertical) of complex messages 12.5 mm high. The printhead, one-of-a-kind, can be placed up to 9 mm distant from the product!
