Production of some antifungal substances which inhibits the growth of soil harmful fungi like Alternaria, Fusarium, Rhizoctonia, Selerotia curvularia and Helminthosporium and resulted in lowering the disease incidence. Antagonism against phytopathogens by production of siderophore, antifungal compounds and induction of different enzymes.
