V.I. MR/BWR plywood manufactured by use of high density hardwood timber, which are strong and resistant to the attack of wood destroying organisms such as Borers and termites etc. Carefully selected hardwood timbers are peeled on a Hrdraulic peeling machine to produce smooth surface core veneers. The core Venners after being mechanically dried, to reduce the moisture content to the required levels, is hot pressed at high temperatures and pressure. Whereas superior quality melamine urea formaldehyde resin is used for manufacturing MR grade plywood unlike other MR grade plywood, the BWR grade plywood are manufactured by use of phenol formaldehyde resin for an extraordinary bond. The BWR grade plywood after pressing are further treated with fix type of preservatives to make it completely resistant to dampness, humidity and cold & boiling waters.

V.I. marine plywood is made from specially selected highest grade hardwood timber having high density and superior bonding capability. The hardwoods used for making a marine ply are not inherently small but are also resistant to borers, climate changes and humidity. Peeled veneers of such hardwood timbers are bonded and hot pressed by using high quality phenol formaldehyde resins for an everlasting bond. Bonded and hot pressed panels are subsequently treated with copper chrome arsenic compounds that make the product totally immune to bacteria, Fungi and other wood destroying organism such as termites and borers. This specific stress relieving treatment also makes the product anti-wrap and dimensionally stable in both wet and dry conditions throughout its life.

V.I. flush doors are modern, elegant and ready to use than can be easily installed with minimum efforts to protect and beautify your dream home. They are made out of high quality wood to make them exceptionally durable and dimensionally stable with excellent tooling and finishing properties. Obviously, the doors are made with chemically treated seasoned hardwood battens and frames. The cross bands veneers are uniformly dried to the requisite moisture content. They are then bonded with special quality phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin as per the guidelines of IS:2202. V.I. Flush Doors are treated for total termite and borer protection. The flush doors are manufacture under strict quality control conditions that exceed the ISI specifications. The doors can be manufactured according to customized sizes too.

A superior quality block board, V.I. board imbibes the strength of solid wood and smoothness and finish of finely hardwood ply. V.I. boards are manufactured from combination of selected seasoned hardwood / pinewood timber battens and hardwood core veneers. The boards are bonded with urea formaldehyde resin under high pressure and temperature for MR grade and phenol formaldehyde for BWP grade. Chemically protected against termites and borers, V.I. boards have increased mechanical strength and dimensional stability compared to other block boards. Being less hygroscopic, V.I. boards have much lower tendency to absorb moisture and are hence resistant to twisting / wrapping and have superb screw and nail holding capabilities. V.I. boards thus are virtually indestructible and can resist the vagaries of weather.
