Coconut husks are chipped into small pieces to form Cocochips. They are mixed to soil or cocopeat to ensure water retention and maintain the ideal air to moisture ratio in plants. They can hold upto 10 times water in their weight and act as soil conditioners. They also inhibit weed growth, are disease free and very easy to use. Being organic, it has high cation exchange capacity allowing nutrients to be absorbed and released to the plants according to their need. It is also a renewable media.
