For that of valves, the manufacturing capabilities include heat treatment, pattern hardening, extrusion forging, hommel inspection, induction hardening and ultrasonic inspection. Varroc also operates an international forging plant in Italy that supplies large forgings to Caterpillar in Europe for construction equipment.

Varroc Lighting Systems, headquartered out of Detroit, U.S.A. is a leading global supplier of exterior lighting for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Having most of the marquee car brands as its major customers, Varroc Lighting Systems supplies in-house developed advanced lighting technologies such as LED projector headlamps, matrix headlamps, adaptive front lighting systems, CHMSL, fog lamps, day time running lamps as well as innovative signature and LED rear lamps to major OEMs, globally. Varroc’s Electrical-Electronics division offers complete solutions in electrical-electronics components and assemblies for the two, three, four wheeler, off-road as well as commercial vehicles segments and has developed its proficiency in design, development and manufacture of complex electrical & electronics products for automotive applications. The division currently manufactures technology products that include electronic digital instrument clusters, starter motors, magnetos, CDI, regulator rectifiers, body switches, lever holder assembly, combination switches, catalytic converters and handle bar assemblies. Varroc has heavily invested in state-of-the-art equipment, technologies, manpower and systems to achieve the highest level of quality, competitive cost and timely deliveries. The Electrical-Electronics division caters to all its customers across India from its 5 manufacturing facilities located in the states of Maharashtra and Uttarakhand. Triom 2 Wheeler Lighting business, the lighting system arm of Varroc for the 2 wheeler industry offers a wide range of innovative electronics and lighting solutions for the automotive market in India and Europe. The division is a globally recognised producer of high quality 2 wheeler lighting systems, including full LED headlamps, LED signature lighting for head lamps and tail lamps, as well as LED direction indicators. It has 4 manufacturing plants - 2 in Europe, 1 in Vietnam and 1 in Mexico as well as 1 engineering center in Italy. Triom boasts of an elite customer base, which includes brands like Bombardier, Ducati, EBR, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Piaggio, Peugeot, Yamaha and Bajaj.

Durovalves, which is part of the Engine Valves division is the most preferred supplier of engine valves in India today. With a market share of over 25%, it is the fastest growing engine valves supplier in India. It supplies to all segments of the automotive industry and boasts of having a major clientele in the international markets, wherein nearly half of the engine valves production is exported to Europe. The division has one manufacturing plant and state-of-the-art technical center in India, which provides development support to customers in U.S. and is also involved in development of sodium filled and hollow engine valves.

Varroc Lighting Systems (VLS) is headquartered in Plymouth, Michigan, U.S.A., which is one of several technicalsales centers. VLS also operates its technicalsales centers in Novy Jicin, Ostrava and Rychvald (Czech Republic), Velizy (France), Changzhou (China), Köln (Germany), Monterrey (Mexico) and Pune (India). The company operates manufacturing plants in Rychvald (Czech Republic), Novy Jicin (Czech Republic), Pune (India) and Monterrey (Mexico). VLS also operates in Changzhou and Chongqing (China) through its joint venture with VTYC.

The Forge business supplies forged and machined parts for engine and transmissions to two wheelers, besides also manufacturing 6 cylinder crankshafts for commercial vehicles and stationary engines. Key products such as 2, 3 and 4 Wheeler engine parts, which include transmission gears and assemblies, crank pins, connecting rods, flanges, Ring gears, Crankshafts, Camshafts, Knuckles, Front Axle Beams and hydraulic components which are supplied to leading OEMs as well as Tier 1 suppliers in India and is also exported to Europe. The division has 3 manufacturing plants and an Engineering center in India as well as 1 manufacturing plant in Italy, which caters to heavy undercarriage parts.
