We have designed a special and premium product to make BELGIAN WAFFLES.
Our premixes are made with the finest quality of ingredient made available globally as the standards. BakeStab Eggless Belgian Waffle Premix is a blend of premium light wheat flour, sugar, milk solids, vegetable oil, permitted emulsifiers, leaving agent (e500 ii), salt.
Actual Recommended Method of preparing BELGIAN WAFFLE using *BAKESTAB BELGIAN WAFFLE PREMIX*
Step 1: Add 800ml luke warm water to 1 Kg of BAKESTAB BELGIAN WAFFLE MIX & mix thoroughly with hand blender
or egg beater on low speed for approximately one minute until the batter is smooth. Allow batter to stand
for approximately 5-10 minutes before use.
Step 2: Keep machine temperature between 70° to 80°C. Ladle desired amount of mix on the grid surface and close the grid locking the handle.
Step 3: Set the timer (refer to your equipment manual for batter capacity & specific cooking timings. Remove the hot waffle once the color changes to golden brown.
Step 4: Add Maple Syrup or Honey, Fruits on the waffles and dust some icing sugar on it. Enjoy the crispy from the outside and pluffy from inside Waffles.
