Lamitherm is a hot pressed rigid sheet made by layers of reinforcement medium having suitable silane content of E-class neatly woven fibre glass insulation fabric woven rovings and CS-Mat with suitable resin which act as a bonding agent. Lamitherm also covers magnetic conductive sheet having high magnetic conductivity which is produced using B-Stage glass fibre fabric bonded together with a suitable resin with high iron content. The surface of the Lamitherm is even, smooth, wrinkle free from loose fibre, local deformation, delamination and ducts. Lamitherm possesses good electrical and excellent mechanical properties under both dry and humid condition and can be used upto class ‘H’ insulation. Lamitherm can be supplied in form of sheet, components and wedges which are machined on sophisticated equipments.

Flexicom is flexible multilayer composite insulating material having polyester film or polyimide film i.e. supporting foil and sandwiched between different grades of unsaturated, calandered and uncalandered polyester fleece, mat, nomex aramid paper or high quality glass fibre fabric on one side or both side using suitable thermosetting adhesives. The adhesive does not exceed the copper oxidation level.The surface of the flexicon is smooth, wrinkleless, free from dents, air pocket, dry patches and varnish lumps. It has excellent electrical and mechanical properties which includes B, F, H & C class insulations. The materials are compatible with an impregnating varnish. Flexicon non woven composite can also be supplied by using heat stable resin on both side as a 100% saturated product to enhance thermal life.

Vidflexipreg sheet is a B-Stage, semicured product impregnated with thermosetting Epoxy resin on both sides of non woven polyester fleece, nomex paper and glass fabrics and mat. It is dry with good stiffness, tack free, good adhesion and fast curing characteristics. The resin shows excellent adhesion to metallic surfaces. During VPI process the impregnating varnish penetrate quickly to the parts of the electrical machine which raise the quality and life of the coil.

Vidflex is closely braided of E-Class glass fiber yarn having continuous filament impregnated with acrylic polyurethane and fire retardant silicon elastomer in continuous form using latest coating technology. The surface of the sleevings are smooth, uniform in appearance, free from blisters and internal and external irregularities with no harmful substance. It has excellent flexibility and durability with high abrasion resistance. It’s high mechanical strength provide a good resistance against ozone, ultraviolet radiation and humidity.

Vidmica tapes and foils are laminated with calcined, uncalcined muscovite, phlogophite or aramid mica paper and impregnated with Bisphenol Novolec Epoxy resin and silicon varnish with various reinforcements on single side or both sides of mica paper. Vidmica tapes are B stage and fully cured, soft, flexible, voids and wrinkle free with high thermal, mechanical and electrical properties. Vidmicatherm tape has a high resin content suitable for resin rich technology and Vidmicapor tape has low resin content mica tape with and without Zinc Napthanate for VPI application. Vidmica tapes can be used upto class C insulation.

Vidspi is spiral wound tubes noted for high dielectrical strength and light weight. It is a soft, flexible uniformly lapped wrinkle free product with thin walls and high thermal conductivity having uniform inside diameter and wall thickness tolerance. Vidspi Spiral tubes are made from a wide variety of papers, films, foils, nonwovens and other flexible combinations. Vpi KN is a chemically impregnated polyamide nonwoven spiral tube, covered with layers of Kapton polyimide silicone adhesive tape suitable for sharp and critical bendings in electrical coils of rotating machine. The non woven mat absorbs the impregnated resin which gives uniform protective covering.

Vidstress semi conductive tape consists of finely woven polyester glass fabric impregnated evenly with an electrically semi conductive varnish with silicon carbide cured at B stage. The inclusion of silicon carbide gives defined resistance properties depending upon the applied voltage. It can be used for temperatures upto 155 degree centigrade as class F insulation suitable for VPI and Resin Rich processed machine. The tape can be supplied with or without selvage. Usage

Vidcord is thick, neatly and closely woven product braided outside with(dextrine) oil-free glass yarn or high tenacity polyester yarn filled with dense glass fibre slivers. Higher tensile strength, compression and low shrinkage makes it ideal choice for bracing and end winding of VPI processed electrical machines. Vidcord impregnated on outer braid with zinc napthanate is suitable for epoxy anhydride system. Usage Vidcord quickly absorbs impregnating varnish or resin during VPI application which forms a rigid support to the overhang portion of the coils in low and high voltage electrical machines.

Vidseal Class F insulation tapes are end protection, porous, shrinkable cured and semi cured material without folds and other irregularities. It is impregnated uniformly with special varnish on both sides of polyester glass fabrics, glass fabrics and non woven fleece, laminated with pet film. It is suitable for use in VPI and Resin rich insulation system for protection of overhangs of Low and High voltage coils. Vidseal tapes are also available with zinc napthanate which is suitable for epoxy anhydride systems. Vidseal is very cost effective and widely accepted .

Vidslv is an eco-friendly untreated sleeve which is round and flat tubing made from specially treated ‘E’ class glass fibre yarn, polyester yarn and mono-filament yarn. Vidslvs are braided on high speed sophisticated braiding machine which gives uniform tension and diameter. Vidslv is free from broken filaments, missed yarn, loops, black spots or marks, non shrinkage and other irregularities like tight or loose ends.

VID Anticor Conductive Tapes are the Electrical Insulation Corona Resistant Tapes, categorized in the class F insulation for VPI and Resin Rich Technology. The diffusion of current and insulation revitalize the life of machines, and is flexible, smooth, wrinkle free with neat edges and fully cured, which are its primary features. It is produced, using specially made heat-resistant varnish with graphite and carbon particles. During the process, the conductive varnish is saturated on both the sides of the woven and non woven textile substrates and insulating papers.
