A medium coated rutile type all position general purpose electrode. The electrode operates well on AC as well DC (±)and desposits fine rippled weld bend with easily removable slag.For welding of ship hulls, tanks, vessels, bridges, railway wagons, steel frames, truck bodies, fertilizer plants, boilers etc.

An all position high cellulose coated welding electrode. The electrode provides deep penetration with radiographic quality of weld. Suitable welding of pipe lines.

A medium coated electrode specially designed for faster and smoother cutting. Piercing and beveling of all kinds of ferrous and non ferrous metals medium and high steels and cast iron.It can also be used for cutting and piercing cut of position jobs where gas cutting is not convenient.

A heavy coated electrode specially designed for chamfering, gouing, and making grooves without oxygen. The special coating of the electrode withstands high currents without overheating. The force of the arc blows away undesired materials from its path. For grooving chamfering of all type of steels, remove defective weld and unwanted metal in castings.

A basic coated hydrogen controlled electrode. The electrode gives stable arc, smooth weld beads with easily detachable slag. The weld metal is of radiographic quality with excellent mechancial properties. For welding of mild steel, low-alloy, steels, for joining of Cast steel to mild steels and for depositing buffer layer before hard facing.

A low hydrogen iron powder type basic coated electrode. The weld metal is of radiographic quallity with excellent mechanical properties. Suitable for welding of heavy sections, pipelines, heavy structural particularly when low temperature toughness is important and steels containing ni upto 1.0%.

A basic coated, hydrogen controlled iron powder electrode. It deposits a weld metal of 0.50% mo with good creep resitance to high temperature upto 500˚c. The weld is of radiographic quality. For welding creep resistant steels of 0.5% mo steels used in pressure vessels and boilers.

A rutile coated stainless steel 308 type electrode. The weld metal is highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation at high temperatures upto 800°c. It gives radiographic welds with excellent creep strenght. For welding of AISI 301, 302, 304&308 Steels, household articles, hospital apparatus, kitchen equipments etc.

A medium coated rutile type hard facing electrode. It desposite air hardening type of weld metal which is machinable. Suitable for welding of gears, shafts, gear wheels, hammers, pulleys and couplings etc.

Vj 45g specially designed for the purpose for welding of hot dip galvanizing baths. It deposite pure iron weld metal with low impurities which is highly resistance to corrosion by molten zinc. It produces smooth and shining weld beads. Typical applications includes welding and repairing of hot , dip galvanizing baths, filling up of worn-out parts, window frames and etc.

A medium coated Type mild steel core wire electrode which deposits cast iron weld. The weld metal has high ductility and free from crack. For welding of mild steel to cast irons, joining and repairing of cast iron parts etc.
