The Liquid Ring / Waterring vacuum pump is the best solution for vacuum applications where wet, or extremely humid, and slightly contaminated vapour / gases are ingested. SINGLE STAGE LIQUID RING VACUUM PUMP We are manufacturing 12 different Models ranging from RT-1 to RT- 12. The smallest Vacuum Pump is having full open suction capacity of 50 M3/hr and is being driven with 3 HP Electric Motor. While the biggest model of Vacuum pump is having full open suction capacity of 2025 m3/hr and is being driven with 90 HP Electric Motor.  These pumps are typically used as a vacuum pump but same can also be used in a compressor duty with the slight modification in installation. The Liquid Ring Compressors can develop pressure up to 1.5 Kg/cm2 g.

These are of oil-immersed, rotary vane type pumps. Single Stage Oil Sealed Vacuum Pumps are capable to develop ultimate pressure of 0.05 mm Hg., while two stage oil Sealed Vacuum Pumps are capable to develop ultimate pressure of 0.005mm Hg. air. This Twin -Lobe Vacuum Blowers have been redesigned to incorporate the latest technology for reduced noise and vibration. These heavy-duty rotary positive vacuum blowers are designed for continuous service for many Applications & operations.    COMPRESSOR USED AS BOOSTER Vacuum Boosters are used in applications where fast pump down times are required. These compressors are used to enhance the performance, ultimate vacuum and pumping speed of oil sealed/water ring type vacuum pumps.   We can use these Twin Lobe Low pressure compressors with the waterring / Oil Seal Vacuum pump to build up a high vacuum system which can capable to create 1 MM HG absolute pressure.   COMPRESSOR USED IN VACUUM DUTY These twin lobe low pressure compressors are being used in vacuum duty.  In vacuum duty the compressor can create 0.6 Kg/cm2 Pressure.

  Over a period of time we have developed a series of Twin Lobe Compressors / Roots blowers having unmatched quality & performance.  These compressors are specially designed for continuous applications, demanding flow at varying discharge pressures, such as in E.T.P., Pneumatic Conveying etc.  These twin Lobe Pressure Compressors are Air Cooled Machines and are capable to develop pressure upto 1 kg./Cm2 & for vacuum duty up to 0.6 kg/cm2. Two stage machines can be offered for pressure up to 2.2 kg/cm2. The Compressors are being manufactured in 10 different models to cover the suction capacity ranging from 70 M3/hr to 7000 M3/hr. As per required suction capacity and pressure requirement, suitable model of the Compressors can be offer.  These Compressors are designed in such a way that the same can have vertical or horizontal air flow.  Further, the Compressor with its standard accessories is being supplied as one compact unit which makes it very easy to install. It is also available as bare machine for replacement.       These compressors are tested for performance as per BS-1571 Part II to determine capacity, pressure, and power consumption.       The operating vacuum of around 710 MM HG is being considered low vacuum now a days, due to the recent development in the manufacturing process. To save the energy, in the Distillation Process or to have a better yield, it has become essential to create more vacuum in the Process System. Watering Vacuum Pumps has its own limitation to develop vacuum in higher range.   To achieve more vacuum in process, we recommend use of High Vacuum System. It is also known as Two Stage Vacuum Pumping System. These systems are capable to create 1 MM HG absolute pressure with bank suction.   To enable us to design your specific High Vacuum Systems, we would like to know the capacity of Pump (in M3/hrs or in CFM) at operating vacuum   The material of construction of the systems depends upon the medium being handled. To enable us to select proper material, we would like to know the medium to be handled by High Vacuum Systems.

VINDI” make Water Cooled blowers are similar to air cooled type in construction and performance except in the change of cooling arrangement. In water cooled blowers the main casing & side plates have water jackets around them, where water is circulated, which dissipates the heat generated and keeps the internals cool. TWIN LOBE LOW PRESSURE COMPRESSORS OF 'VAR' SERIES These are air cooled machines and are being manufactured in three different models. The Compressors are designed for maximum pressure of 5000 MM WG. & the capacity ranges from 200 M3/ hr to 2300M3 / hr. TWIN LOBE LOW PRESSURE COMPRESSORS OF 'VWR' SERIES These are water Cooled Machines and can develop pressure up to 10000 MM WG. The suction capacity of the machines ranges from 125M3 /hr. to 1900 M3/hr. Considering the environment prevailing in india, water cooled designed models are more suitable when the same is to operate at a pressure of 10000 MM WG. Same machine, when run for Exhauster duty, creates vacuum of 4000 MM WG. These blowers have a unique design of single inlet & single outlet for cooling water and no cumbersome water pipe connections externally. Internal circulation of water to various areas is through inbuilt channels. This unique design makes the operations very simple, yet very effective. The maximum vacuum which can be created by watering vacuum pump is limited to 93.3% with full closed suction i.e at zero capacity. In process, due to gas generation, the vacuum pump will never create 93.3% vacuum.
