High Vacuum System


The operating vacuum of around 710 MMHG is being considered low vacuum now a days, due to the recent development in the manufacturing process. To save the energy, in the Distillation Process or to have a better yield, it has become essential to create more vacuum in the Process System. Watering Vacuum Pumps has its own limitation to develop vacuum in higher range.

To achieve more vacuum in process, we recommend use of High Vacuum System. It is also known as Two Stage Vacuum Pumping System. These systems are capable to create 1 MM HG absolute pressure with bank suction.

To enable us to design your specific High Vacuum Systems, we would like to know the capacity of Pump (in M3/hrs or in CFM) at operating vacuum

The material of construction of the systems depends upon the medium being handled. To enable us to select proper material, we would like to know the medium to be handled by High Vacuum Systems.

Dosing Pump

Our metering pumps come with innovative design, quality workmanship and reliability. We make highly precise Reciprocating pumps which are tested to confirm international standards of API-675

These Pumps are available in two different designs viz., Plunger type and Diaphragm type. The Metering Pumps are being supplied to handle all sorts of liquids. They are designed to deliver liquid against pressure up to 400 Kg/Cm2 gauge. Capacity wise, we are in a position to supply the Metering Pumps to deliver liquid at the rate ranging from 2 Lit. /hr. to 10, 000 Lit/hr.

  • Capacity is adjustable precisely from zero to maximum while the pump is stationary or in operation.
  • Metering accuracy of+ 1 % of pump output-at-any single setting from 10% to 100% of capacity.
  • Multiplexing Facility allows to coupled of several pump, driven by one common motor, flow of each pump can be independently set or stopped as required.
  • Drive side mechanism (power end) totallyenclosed andrunning in oil bath with automatic lubrication & provided with transparent automatic constant level oiler.
  • Jacketed pump for heating / cooling arrangement.
All wetted parts, depending on the nature of the metered fluid, can be manufactured from cast steel, SS 304, SS 316, ALLOY-20, Hastelloy B or C Polypropylene, UHMWP 25% glass filled Teflon, Teflon, etc.

Water Cooled Blowers

VINDI make Water Cooled blowers are similar to air cooled type in construction and performance except in the change of cooling arrangement. In water cooled blowers the main casing & side plates have water jackets around them, where water is circulated, which dissipates the heat generated and keeps the internals cool.
TWIN LOBE LOW PRESSURE COMPRESSORS OF 'VAR' SERIES
These are air cooled machines and are being manufactured in three different models. The Compressors are designed for maximum pressure of 5000 MM WG. & the capacity ranges from 200 M3/ hr to 2300M3 / hr.
TWIN LOBE LOW PRESSURE COMPRESSORS OF 'VWR' SERIES

These are water Cooled Machines and can develop pressure up to 10000 MM WG. The suction capacity of the machines ranges from 125M3 /hr. to 1900 M3/hr. Considering the environment prevailing in india, water cooled designed models are more suitable when the same is to operate at a pressure of 10000 MM WG. Same machine, when run for Exhauster duty, creates vacuum of 4000 MM WG. These blowers have a unique design of single inlet & single outlet for cooling water and no cumbersome water pipe connections externally. Internal circulation of water to various areas is through inbuilt channels. This unique design makes the operations very simple, yet very effective. The cooling water inlet is at the bottom so that the water rises up against gravity, reaching all the corners before it comes out from the outlet. The flow rates of cooling water are low.
