Electric Control System: The main control unit adopts electric components, which ensures accurate feeding and easy operation. Two lateral registration sensors and one longitudinal registration sensor ensures high die-cutting accuracy.
The machine uses Automatically Cycling Oil-Supply System to ensure stable pressure and service life of the machine. Photoelectric eyes guides in die cutting and hot stamping process.
High precision, web path controlled by servo motor.
The machine can do hot stamping, die cutting, punching, film laminating, waste-off or slitting at one time. It is auxiliary offline equipment for the label and packaging.

As a result of all this experience A B Graphic International are proud to introduce the all new Digicon Series 3, launched at Labelexpo Americas 2014.
The Digicon Series 3 is an addition to the existing Digicon range and has been designed to meet the recent advances made in digital printing, in conjunction with the latest available technology.
The Digicon Series 3 is available in a versatile left to right or right to left format. The maximum web width has been increased to 350mm (13.75) as well as the maximum unwind and rewind rolls being increased to 800mm (31.5). One major design change has been to integrate all of the electrical controls and components, therefore negating the need for an external cabinet, and thus greatly reducing the all-important footprint to free up space on the customers factory floor.
The use of the latest technology components, such as carbon fibre rollers and lighter non-stick ink cartridges, make for easier handling and quicker wash up. In fact, the Digicon Series 3 has a host of ergonomic improvements to improve the general operation and reduce set up times significantly.
Depending on the converting options selected, modules can be supplied in rotary, semi rotary, blank web and re-register modes for processing an impressive range of substrates.

This main control panel slides along the lenght of the press and is used to enter the various job parameters. Registration, impression, lineal and lateral position and skewing controls are all motorized at each printing station, with the adjustments entered from this main control panel. This assures maximal efficiency in job set-up.
Presettable temperature regulated re-circulating water system maintains even temperature in the kneading and impression rollers. This assures control of ink temperature for consistently high-quality printing.
