Vipul Copper brings a wide range of Fabricated Copper product for its customer. This helps customer save time on redesigning their copper product to meet their requirement.
Our fabrication process uses high quality OC-ETP high conductivity electrolytic pitch Busbars to ensure quality product, which goes through a strenuous processing of bending, punching, cutting, tapping, twisting, and more before delivering the final quality product to our customers.
Our fabricated products have been resolution and aid to many customers providing them with a numerous benefits.
Some of our Fabricated copper product requirements which are on huge demand are switch board, switch gears, locks, CCTV camera hooks and more.
These are bunched bare copper conductor, with high purity electrolytic grade annealed with extreme flexibility to fulfil customer requirement. These wires double sheath coated using PVC compound which makes these wires abrasion resistant in nature.
Our Double sheathed round cables are clinically tested between temperature of 15c to 20c against voltage 3000V, and working voltage between 450V to 1100V, certified by Indian Standard Institute ensuring an absolute quality assurance to our customers.
These are bunched bare copper conductor, with high purity electrolytic grade annealed with extreme flexibility to fulfil customer requirement.
With dielectric grade PVC compound these wires are used for wiring panels of high temperature ambient and offer wide range of colours to select from as per the requirement of the customers.
Our Multi core Flexible wire are clinically tested between temperature of 200C to 700C against voltage 3000V ensuring an absolute quality assurance to our customers.
