The VIRAJ Pump make VNCS Series is designed in single stage Non Clog Sewage Submersible Pumps of close coupled vertical (mono-block type) construction. Our Non Clog Sewage Submersible Pumps offer simple, the most economical and reliable way of solving the pumping and disposal of sewage containing suspended solids, pumping of raw unscreened sewage and effluent, storm water, sand with water as well as raw and waste water containing large solid objects. These compactly designed Non Clog Sewage Submersible Pumps are easy to handle and can be permanently installed with the help of automatic coupling in a small sump form where sewage is to be pumped or can be use portable duty. Being submersible Non Clog Sewage Submersible Pumps do not require any other pump house. Design Features :

• "VIRAJ" Pump available with Single Vane/ Two Vane /Three Vane/Vortex/Channel for different application.
• "VIRAJ" Pump motor squirrel cage high troque induction motor with class "F" insulation . Our motor are shrink fitted in the stator housing thus ensuring maximum heat dissipation with low temperature rise , stator triple impreganated capable up to max. start/stop .
• "VIRAJ" pump motor equipped with inbuilt winding prevent over heating thermistor protection and also moisture sensor for leakage in sealing of motor as well as mechnincal seals (Oil Changes).
• These pumps are equipped with couple mechnincal seal as well as double bal bearings.

The VIRAJ make EJ/MJ/VDX series is designed in single stage, centrifugal by A.C. squirrel cage induction motor in a fully submersible Portable Dewatering Pumps of close coupled vertical (mono-block type) construction. Portable Dewatering Pumps can be transported and installed easily and cater to varying industrial applications. Portable Dewatering Pumps are used for draining abrasive water from mines, construction sites, docks, basement dewatering, flooded areas, etc. Having superb performance and capacity, the Portable Dewatering Pumps have higher motor power and are light in weight. at present as we know manhole drain is bigger problem because manhole opening diameter is maximum 24" and in this size we have only two option for pumping 1. With small pump drain which size suitable with 24" with all fitted accessories for require drain . 2. Negative suction pump .
now, in negative suction pump we face so many problem for priming and also this type of pump not handling solid size more than 20 mm.in market if we fitted bend and hose submersible pump suitable maximum 5 hp or 10 with outlet 100 mm its maximum this also make some company. Not all. normally easy to operate common size pump is 3 hp.
that reason we are not doing properly drain our manhole in time.
now, we give a batter solution inform of mahole pump - we design manhole pump up to 30 hp with 300 m3/hr at 10 mtr. Head with outlet 150 mm.
even if you want with 10 hp outlet 150 mm its also available in our manhole pump design.
